The worker who was there today, December 22, 2024, is really rude, pathetic, he arrived half an hour after the store's opening time and left us outside for another half hour carrying sun while he did nothing but let the time in!

At first I was disappointed, I bought a PS5 and the disk drive did not work. But luckily a gentleman named Jonathan helped me replace the broken unit with a new one. He made it very easy. Definitely turn a bad scenario into a good one. Thumbs up to this guy.

This the worse GameStop I've ever been into my life. The manager Damien is one of the most incompetent person I've come across. They are all rude and selfish. They sold me the wrong console version of a game and when I tried to get my Money back he pretty told me to f*** off and said to call corporate to deal with it knowing well it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. They have terrible selections and the store is dirty and smells like mold. I will never shop here or do anymore pre orders there. 0 stars if I could I give this place two

The service was great, top notch. My only disappointment was they did not have the PS4 games that I was looking for in stock. My PS4 got stolen and I have to start all over again ?.

Whenever I go in there always courteous nice friendly know what they're doing. And yeah if you trade in games they scam you but that's just the business model
