Customers say it has great service and kind staff who helped them with issues, and they are coming back. The store offers good games at good price, pre-owned games that are in good quality and cheaper. You can see various products in person and live, which is not possible when purchasing online. Pay attention to prices because they are not the best. Stock is limited on certain things, but a target down the road might have them. The store pushes used sales to you, but some want their things new. You can sell or trade in old consoles, games, accessories, phones for cash or store credit. We love going to this location for they provide outstanding customer service! The staff is professional, always willing to help and friendly! There’s so much to see here! They have not only baseball cards, but other sports, too! This is a usual stop whenever we go to the Florida Mall!

This Game Stop store is by far the best in my opinion. Everyone is truly exceptional and take pride at what they do. Ms. CJ is so knowledgeable, and kind. Jose is as well so nice and has so much patience and Mara is very nice. Truly everyone is just Amazing! Excellent customer service. :)
