I made a purchase and they told me an amount, they overcharged me and said I would get cashback, but I didn't receive it. When I went back to the store they said they couldn't do anything, they would just give me an amount lower than what I spent in the store to spend there. I don't know why there's a manager if she can't help and she's still ignorant. Anyway, Brazilians here are the same as nothing else. They acted in bad faith, we were robbed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Worst service I have ever received in my life! They told me a certain amount and then overcharged me, saying that I would get cashback. The money never came back and when I went back to the store they said there was nothing they could do. In short, the only option was to buy from the store and they would give me a discount (for a lower amount than the extra charge). I felt like an idiot, being robed. And the manager is ignorant. If I could I would give 0 stars

I went in to buy video games at 7:00 p.m., then the guy who was working talked to me in Spanish (as it is my native language) i took my little in-laws to buy a videogame and this worker started talking bad things about me to his partner in English, which I obviously still understood, later someone else who was with me went to pay for his own order and the guy threw a tantrum and fell to the floor complaining because we paid separately, terrible service.

Relaxed employees, easy-going atmosphere, and great selection -- probably the best of the Gamestops in the area. José and others are doing wonderful.
