Was a bad experience, employee was on break and was suppose to return 6:14pm and didn’t return to open the door until 6:31. While 10 people were just waiting around on him. Will never return to this location and they should have better integrity at their job!!

Gamestop is always a great store, but this particular one, has a great team of employees. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the service, I have been back since, and recommend.

Exceptional experience with Allison. Fast friendly service, had to explain that trade credit is now being taxed, which is unfortunate. Whomever made this decision just devalued my trade credit by roughly 7%, depending on county. Started charging tax Sept 2023, probably.... Pic of receipt from last month showing no taxes. RIP tax savings!

Melissa was literally the greatest GameStop employee I’ve ever dealt with in my entire time shopping at GameStop (20 years I would guess). This GameStop has had excellent employees and I’ve enjoyed frequenting this location for the last 5 years.

Stopped by with my grandson my grandson asked different prices of the Pokémon cards at the store the associate was very rude and unprofessional it looked like he was upset because he was working and at one point he turned back and rudely to my grandson he said what's your budget bro. REALLY I don't have a budget for my grandson I politely told my grandson let's go and headed to the next closest game stop definitely not buying from him.

Stay far away from this location. Customer service is a joke. I called to verify a game was in stock and was told yes and I requested for it to be held for me before I made the long drive to pick it up. When i got there the women manager was very rude and told me he could not sell me the game because it a for pre orders release only. I told her I understand that but the clerk on the phone said I can pick 1 up anyway. She denied that and told me that she would cancel any attempts that I would make to purchase it online for store pick up. Now I see why after so many years this place is on its way out of business. I'm cancelling everything i'm subscribed to with this place and with so many other options I won't be spending another dime with them.

Customer service could be better, they closed an hour earlier (8pm) instead of 9pm because the associate needed to be out by a certain time if not she was gonna get in trouble.....?

Went inside to purchase a game for my son. Standing around for 30 minutes . The associate Joey had no control , there were two lines to the register . I asked Joey a question where’s the line he didn’t give me an answer . Look like he didn’t care . Not great service at all . Very disappointed .

Double check your receipt at this location and the Semoran location. They attach warranties to your game and console without notifying you.

If I was able to leave 0 stars i would I run a small business in the area and answer every call coming in even for advice. I called another store they answered told me the item I needed showed one in this store I said to myself cool I was willing to spend $200 plus also get protection and carrying cases to protect what me and the wife got for the kids this year now mind you I have a switch lite already coming in so I was going to spend the money and just get another one because the one we ordered said the 27th after Christmas now on shipping. so I told the wife you keep it for yourself I’ll get the kids another one locally so we have it for Christmas and was going to spend more on things to protect 3 switch lights that would have been what another about $200 $250 on products to up the sale on products going out the door the fact that they won’t answer me is upsetting but it goes to show how management is running this set location compared to the other one not to far from this one! Your district Managers should be on the store employees and the manager there unless This district manager does not care I called for the last 30min I gave up not even someone answering to put someone on hold or even a hey sir or ma’am we are super busy can I take your info and call you back in 15 to 20min nothing and I don’t even shop at GameStop and this here shows me not to even waste my money or time!
