decided to come right before 830pm on a monday night (2/5/23) after my xbox finally broke, decided to come get a new one but only to find out they closed early? with a “be right back in 15 min” sign as it was only 8:25pm .. I even tried calling the store and got hung up on.

first time in ages I go into a GameStop and I bought a v-bucks card Christmas Eve and I get home to redeem and it says it’s not activated. How is a POINT OF SALE ACTIVATION card not activated at point of sale??? I go back and the same dummy who sold it to me says he can’t do anything to activate nor refund me so contact support, I contact GS support line they said they can’t do anything either and to contact Epic Games Support which makes no sense because I didn’t buy it from Epic I bought it from YOU. YOU the retailer are the authorised party who sold it, the activation would come from you and my money to refund, which they also can’t do, comes from YOU because it’s from your inventory. Now I remember why I don’t buy from these stores anymore because from store staff to customer support all y’all useless and clueless

The manager Jason is an absolute jerk.Can’t believe the way I was treated.All I did was ask about a promotion for spending $15 and he was irritable for sure.Don’t wanna spend money at this location anymore. He tried to intimidate us and was highly rude.

We usually don't have issues with GameStop, but this location was a horrible experience. The one associate there couldn't answer our questions and when we asked if she could contact a manager for us to speak to, she said she didn't know who to call. We were going to purchase a pre-owned game system. We asked what their process is when they take in pre-owned systems...do they clean them up, verify they work, etc. She said they wipe them down with a cloth. She brought us the box and we asked to open it and check it out prior to purchase. It was covered in dust and crumbs. She was annoyed that we asked if there were any others. She brought back another and said "I guess you want me to open this one too, huh?". It also was dirty, but not as bad as the other. We asked if they verify everything is there and works and she said of course. Against my better judgment I bought it since My 13 year old had worked hard to save up the money. We got home, spent time cleaning the yellow layers of goop off of it (probably a smokers home), plugged it in, popped in a disc and it just grinded and would never read any disc we put in. I should have known. I took it back to our local location and informed them of the situation. They took it back no issues there. But I will probably never go back again.

I stood still waiting for help...alot of behind the counter conversation...but not one , "can I help you" .... after 5 minutes i got a text ...so i stood still to read It and then was approached as if i was trespassing lol ... wierd behavior from a sales assiciate ... more like a script used to prevent shop lifting but i was waiting forever to be helped...never again.

Went into the store yesterday to pre-order Final Fantasy 16 and the girl with green hair started to tell me that I wasn't able to make pre-orders without a gamestop membership and I told her that I have other pre-orders at the store and don't have the membership and she clicked her tongue at me and told me that well then those pre-orders will no longer be valid and then demanded I give her my phone number so she could pull them up and cancel them and refund me. I told her this was unacceptable and she said that is her store policy and if I dont like it, then I can leave.I ended up walking out of the store without pre-ordering the new Final Fantasy.I have been coming to this store for 10 plus years and spending hundreds weekly and I will not be doing so again.

These people never answer the phone & wanna waste my time by coming in just to tell me “ohh we dont have it.” When they could have ANSWERED and told me that over the phone. Lazy bums.

Called for 3 days in a row from beginning to end of the day with 1 hour intervals and no one ever answered. This is the GameStop that should’ve been closed

This store is amazing besides them not ever answering their phones. I’ve been trying to call for the last 2 to 3 hours and have not been able to get in touch with anybody.

Nice store, needs more merch. Staff friendly and helpful. I got a certified pre owned game they said had a case, they went out of their way to find it for me. Last of Us, Remastered on ps4 if your curious.

Within 3 minutes, four individuals walked in separately...the girl with purple hair who works here made sure he greeted the two white folks and never broke a word to the two minorities when they entered the store. Shameful!!! Sorry to say this is happening in 2022. Won't be going here anymore.

Amazing store 11/10 the extra star is for the employees there shout out to them for going above and beyond first with I think the guys name was Christopher who while walking in to the ps5 section he greeted me and asked if I needed help and we began a conversation on the game I was buying. Next is the amazing employee Mila he went above and beyond for me he is amazing and I didn’t catch his name but the manager with the earrings and he helped me a lot and got me to save a lot of money with my purchases did 3 purchase in one visit. The most purchases in one day at any GameStop! THEY NEED RAISES GIVE IT TO THEM!!!!
