I had a really disappointing experience at this Gap location. The customer service was terrible. The cashier had a noticeable attitude, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. There was no greeting, no thank you, and definitely no effort to be helpful. I expected better from a brand like The Gap, but after this visit, I’ll be thinking twice before coming back. Management really needs to address how their staff treat customers.

GREAT selection of clothes, especially the Disney ones!
Especially rude staff (cashier), and rude manager too. Could not understand the reason for the behaviour.

The Gap Factory at Orlando Outlet is such a great spot for deals! I was thrilled to find some amazing discounts on jeans, hoodies, and especially their graphic tees. I even scored a super cute Mickey Mouse collection tee—it’s perfect for a Disney fan like me!
The store is clean and well-organized, so it was easy to shop without feeling overwhelmed. The staff was friendly and helped me find the right sizes. They also had additional sales going on, so I got more for my money.
It does get a bit crowded on weekends, but the checkout line moved quickly. I’ll definitely be back for more great finds—especially if they restock more Disney-themed items!

Very neat and clean place. Very friendly staff in customer service.
The prices are relatively higher than in previous years, although they maintain many offers and discounts.

I like how organized it is and the prices.
I suggest that at the checkout there may be people who speak Spanish.
The store is large and has a variety of clothing for the whole family.
