I purchased a washer and dryer combo with installation services and when the installation crew arrived with the products, the dryer was damaged, with some dents. I was told by the crew leader that I could send it back right away or install it and then Best Buy would contact me to either offer a discount / refund or a replacement. They did contact me later on the same day and offered me these 2 options. I chose the refund as the dryer was working properly and I didn't want to go through the trouble of another installation. For my surprise, the refund never came and after numerous calls to Best Buy, they're telling me they can only offer me a gift card, which forces me to spend more money at Best Buy and is not at all what was promised to me. The whole experience was going great until I realized the refund was pure bullshit. I like the store, but if you're ever offered a refund for similar issues, don't fall for it, it's a big scam.

Went for a specific issue the website suggests they provide with pricing and appointment scheduling, the representative pretended they didn't provide said service and gave a non-apology on arrival. Double-checked with the Waterford Best Buy, which told me that the East Colonial location DOES provide mobile battery replacements. Lazy and deceptive.

Geek Squad is always great, but we wanted to give a special shout out to Wesley (at the E. Colonial store). He has helped us more than once, and every time, he is very friendly, very knowledgeable, up front with expectations, and took the time to answer all our questions. He is a perfect example of great customer service!

The employee that checked us in was very nice and was trying to be helpful. But the tech told me my laptop couldn't have the RAM upgraded and that I could only just upgrade my laptop. Took the laptop somewhere else and it was done in less than half an hour.

Classic case of quiet quitting. Techies gave excuses not to replace my cracked screen on my Iphone and replace my battery on my Mac Book.Seem to have a dislike and bias against older people as well.

I called the Geek Squad online support. The chatting started at 6:00PM EST. I spend over 60 minutes and nothing was resolved. I chat with three different agents and got disconnected. I'm very upset, because, this is not a free service.

I was about to leave 2 stars, but on the Best Buy page, it won't even accept any more reviews. I guess they have reviews that are topped out on there and they do not want to see it go down. My 1-star review is based on: 1. I took my computer in 3 times for the same issue and they were never able to rectify the issue (computer fails on start-up repeatedly) - they claim it would not do it for them (that it started every time), but at my home, using different outlets and with and without power cords, it kept failing. 2. Their website does not allow you to either cancel "auto renew" or cancel. There is a link to cancel, but once you jump through those hoops, it MAKES you contact them to finish. They purposely make it as inconvenient as possible to cancel. so, was I pissed when I wrote this? Moderately, but I was open to be fair until I saw that Best Buy would not even allow a review on their site, elevating my level of dissatisfaction.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Did I type HORRIBLE?? The worst experience EVER dealing with Best Buy -Geek Squad and INSIGNIA Brand TV! I was told by an Insignia Manufacturer employee, that the TV has an internal issue with black/screen defect that Insignia is aware of that can supposedly be fixed - that's where Geek Squad comes in. Don't waste your time off from work or energy trying to dispute having your TV replaced (carries a 1 yr warranty from purchase date), and was just months old, because the "Internal" issue will be deemed by Best Buy Geeks and the Manufacturer as physical damage voiding the warranty as if I DARE buy another INSIGNIA brand ANYTHING in it's place! Negative zero stars and lost Customer! Bad reviews all over the internet regarding this brand that is STILL being sold in stores. You decide for yourself.

I use the Geek Squad at Best Buy on E Colonial.. Maybe I just happened upon a great techie, or maybe they are all this caring. I was very happy. My PC was serviced, cleaned up and back to me in 72 hours - at no additional cost. I'm a happy camper

Installation that I ordered never happened. Their service agent shows up says he can't install any of the 3 items I bought and leaves after 15 min. saying that he would come back on saturday to install 2 of the items. He never shows up on saturday and does not return texts or phone calls. I spend all morning on the phone with Best Buy and they will not stand behind their services. Now I have an exterior light port with no fixture in it. What the heck do I do now?

Huge thanks to Nick for helping me with my iphone repair! He was really patient with me and took the time to figure out how to turn off find my iphone because I couldn't see the screen to type my password. Very thorough and got my screen fixed in just a few hours - will be back! Thanks again!

Not good. Couldn't get my desktop serviced uses willing to leave it for a week and I have to work Monday thru Friday and can't take the time off.

If I could give this co a minus rating I would. PLEASE DONT waste your money ! They will not honor what you are supposed to get and will give you Excuses like parts are not in then you can get a new television or not a part in but it has been since February 27 but we can't come out to fix it it's a joke do not waste your $150 and geek squad they don't care they just want your money they will not do repairs you're better off going somewhere else
