My drivers side back window got smashed in and my insurance had Gerber Glass and Co in network. They sent someone out to my work the next day and fixed it in under an hour and vacuumed all of the glass for me! I was so grateful. Andy K was my technician and so nice!!! Thank you so much.

Horrible place. They never have an estimate of time when the car will be ready. They are always loosing paperwork. They lie to insurances, saying parts are older then they really are, and I have receipts to prove it. Rude receptionist and rude soo called mechanic. Horrible place that I would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve given them so much business in the past and they treat me horrible now. Terrible customer service , they don’t answer their phones . They don’t return calls . They don’t work with car rentals to make process easier . I will never give them any more business . I will be talking to my insurance company to remove them as preferred centers!!!

Step mother came to get an estimate for my car while I was unavailable, they gave her a hard time because she was an immigrant a d her english wasnt very good. Although Im thankful they did the estimate, wasnt flattered that they were talking down about my step mother being an immigrant and that they did things ‘differently’ here in america in terms of speaking and driving.

I went to this location and the attention and services I received are second to none. I desperately wanted my door to close. It was a minor accident I had caused by forcing it to close. I have been told a lot of things before at other places. These mainly included getting a new door, which in all cases had to be painted to match the wild lively blue colour of my car. Kevin, the general manager and the lady who received me at the front desk were awesome. She listened. She offered me from coffee to water, you name it. I decided to take nothing since I was stressed out that day. It was raining and Kevin went out in the rain with me, holding his umbrella, to check out my car. Trust me that was a beautiful moment. I knew in my head that the problem was relatively small, it just needed someone to help instead of buying the whole door and going through the whole expensive process of painting it. Upon finishing inspecting my door, Kevin said, “bring the car tomorrow and I will do something to make sure that the door closes”. This gave me hope and I went home. Tomorrow I came back and he politely, professionally and happily asked for my car keys. He drove the car into the workshop and I stayed in the lobby obviously waiting for my huge bill. I told the lady please he shouldn’t do the job before I knew the charge. She said, “ I don’t think he is going to charge you”. In less than 10 minutes, I think, he came back and gave me back my keys and asked me to go outside with him to check out the car. I unlocked the car and to my surprise Kevin opened and closed the door. I was very very happy ? ? and I asked him how much the charge was. He said do not worry about it and he said something to the effect that the world still has good people. I was dumbfounded. I thanked him. A lot. The kindness was too much for me. I was indeed overwhelmed. I learnt from this day that every company is in business and the sole purpose is to make money. At this GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS, I realised that they have two purposes which are to make profit and making a difference by serving the world in an outstanding manner. Well done Kevin and thank you. Well done GERBER COLLISION and GLASS, I will be forever indebted to you.Service: Body & Trim

The lack of care sets this repair shop apart from other as I was expecting a quality repair job when I seen how much my insurance was paying them. Just too see the lack of quality and following threw with the job my back seats no long have seat belt fasteners numerous missing clips, resurfaced wheel looks horrible along with clear coat on my back seats and they have yet to return my call even the damage repair is sloppy if I remove the trim in the truck area you can just see how unofficial the job looks. I would personnally never recommend. The only thing that actually looks good on the car is the paint which is only for a first impression I am very disappointed. If you care about your car look for other repair shops.

I picked Gerber to repair my windshield based on their reviews and they do not disappoint! My technician Scott Ulery was very helpful and kind, and even explained the whole process to me as he was fixing my windshield. Everything was super fast and convenient. They were able to come to my house and replace the entire windshield within 2 days after the crack spreading further the first day. I appreciate Jeff Blidner for helping me with the recalibration for my camera to make things easier for me. If you are with State Farm and need your windshield repaired/replaced, definitely work with this company!

I really wish I could leave no stars. This place is a nightmare! My insurance company sent my car here after I was in a hit and run accident. My car was deemed undrivable by my insurance company due to a shake that started after the accident. The day I picked my car up( which it kept getting push back day by day) it was still shaking and was pulling really bad. Get home to realize they didnt even finish the body work!! Called and was told by the manager that he had "personally test drove the car and it was driving great". Took it back for repairs again and was put into a rental. A few days go by and I call for an update, the front desk girl tells me it could POSSIBLY be done by 5pm. I ask her nicely to please give me a call that it is for sure done and I'd come pick it up since I dont live very close. I call back the next day to ask and I get told in a rude tone "I told you yesterday it was done" (my husband was a witness to this). So we head that way to pick it up. I realized we were going to be late so I ask my husband to call and tell them we will be getting there at exactly their close time and this SAME WOMAN tells us it's actually not ready because "something is wrong with the axles".... some how the first time they had my vehicle, THEY MISSED MY AXLES BEING MESSED UP! My husband speaks to the manager that "test drove my car" the first time and now he feels a shake a 20 mph. I believe he is just extremely lazy and doesnt double check their work! I finally get the car back a week later, theres still something off while driving it and they also damaged the INTERIOR of my car! The frame that holds my gear shift boot in place is now shattered and shows the top of the housing for the transmission. But of course they deny it! This place is a joke!
