Poor workmanship and no quality control. We were told four times that repairs were complete and when we arrived we would find chips, missing parts, incorrectly installed parts and defective parts.

This is my first experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. I am very happy to deal with you. You did a great job and I expected that from the beginning. I saw for myself how the work is done. There is a great team that works to satisfy customers and provide excellent service. The owner of Collision is a nice person and works on the comfort of the customer. He is a friend to everyone. He is very humble and has a team that works with conscience. Thank you all.🙏🫶

José and the team at Gerber were excellent. They completed the job nearly a week earlier than the original estimated timeframe for the repairs (they estimated 10 days and did it in 4!) and cleaned my car inside and out— it looks nearly the way it did when I first drove it off the dealer’s lot. On top of that, the team was very gracious when their quick work meant I had to pick up my car a week after the job was done to coincide with my payday (as I have an unfortunately high deductible with my insurance)— they had no issue with holding my car at their shop until I was able to pay, and their kindness took a lot of weight off my shoulders during a stressful time.
10/10, would recommend Gerber to anyone!

Went above and beyond, very impressed with this location! Brought my Camry in for a dented rear passenger door; the work is done flawlessly, all the trim pieces are perfectly aligned (door guard and trim stripes). Jose kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the week. On top of that they were able to fix my front bumper that kept popping out at the top from a crappy repair at a different shop (Irish mikes)

Dropped off my car Monday morning for rear bumper damage from being rear ended on Easter. They did a great job! Can't even tell it was ever damaged and they also fixed an additional small dent and gave me a small amount of extra paint for scratch touch ups.
Will definitely do business with them again in the future if needed.
Well unfortunately my aim wrecked my car. I too it back to Gerber on 7/20. Got it back today which is 12 days sooner than the estimated time, and it looks Amazing!! I'm very happy.
The guy's there Mark and Jose are Great! I cannot recommend them enough. They really go above and beyond. They even made sure my tire got fixed and they took Paypal. Its not something they normally take but I applied for a wells Fargo credit card yesterday with an offer of $200 cash back after spending $500 in the first 60 or 90 days. I won't receive the card for 7-10 day's but I was able to link it to my PayPal digital wallet.
The amount I owed was my insurance deductible of $500 so with the new card I'll be getting $200 back which really helps considering this was an unexpected expense.
I will continue to highly recommend Gerber collision and glass.

My vehicle needed repairs due to vandalism; working through my insurance, I decided on Gerber Collision and Glass- of the options available. Going onsite to deliver papers to begin the repair process, I met Ryan Knaus! WOW! Exceptional communication weekly with prompt updates, transparency in every step of the process and very professional. I was very pleased- start to finish working with him and recommend anyone going here choose him. Excellent experience.

Everyone I spoke with at the shop was extremely helpful and friendly. Adrian was in charge of everything and was always updating me. They were even nice enough to check on a concern I had after I tested my car. They are extremely professional and I got my car back faster than I had expected. I am so glad to have my car up and running again! These guys are awesome!

Received my sons vehicle back in a weeks time in perfect condition after a collision repair. This location was the most professional, timely and friendly service I have received to date. They kept me updated on a regular basis as to the status of the repairs and came in right on time with the repair.
Almost make you want to ding your vehicle, just to take it back there. lol
In all seriousness, this was actually the most pleasurable experience I have ever had with any service.
Thank you and hope not to have to see you again but if needed, I will be back.

Second time I personally chose Gerber on MCleod this year because of 2 different people that crashed into me. Adrian is super nice and attentive, so is the whole team that I dealt with. The car was done both times really quickly and it looks brand new! They were 2 minor damage accidents but still, super super super happy with everything! Hopefully I don't have to come back (LOL) but if need be I will come to this location!!!!!
