Took my car in two weeks ago to Gerber on Cimarron Boulevard for a minor job through insurance took them two weeks to do the job. Communication was awful. They ended up giving me a runaround holding my car. They damaged the car under calibration of the cameras and then had to fix the scratch they put on my car and then they would not not talk to me and I ended up having to go down to the store to get more information and try to get my car back. Worst place you could ever go. Albert Scott.

Had been rear ended and took the vehicle to a USAA recommended repair shop. Trunk was fixed but damaged/stained the interior.
I’m active duty military and took leave with my family to the theme parks. To kill two birds one stone I took my car to get repaired since I brought my other vehicle for Disney and universal. My girlfriend and I dropped off the vehicle and asked if they need us for the inspection or anything else. They said no. They will do what they need to and provide updates 2xs a week. My girlfriend and I received a phone call that our vehicle is ready. I drove her over after a day at the park and picked up the vehicle 1 hour before close. We fill up for gas and pointed out to me that the vehicle is dirty. I looked and saw that she was right. At the gas station we called, they said to bring in the vehicle so they can take a look. On our last day of vacation I took more time out of our vacation and left our family at the park while I deal with this. Keep in mind my girlfriend doesn’t even allow me to chew gum in this car so no eating, no drinking, and also we have no kids. So now I’m explaining to the front desk what I have issues with in a respectful manner and here comes the repair guy instantly not us, not us. not us. Im not trying to be a Karen or a bother but those stains were not from us. No one sits in the back seat and the sonata is a get around vehicle while I’m at work. I’m trying to explain that I know this was not us and he refused to help with this error. I understand these guys are in the heat and work hard but unprofessional to own it and fix it. If you look in the pictures below you will see the stains and dust from the sanding in the shop. I’m very understanding that this can be difficult due to the nature of the beast but you have to have better precautions or cover up the entire car and not just my floor mats. Now I’m calling USAA to try to get this issue fixed. Once I told the repair guy I will call USAA to get this fixed then he came out to the car and said he will clean the back seats only. So 100% dissatisfaction in how they returned the vehicle without trying to fix the mishap. I will say for the actual collision part, the trunk isn’t bad. They pulled the dent out and repainted.

Had a great experience with Carlos Colon after my car was damaged in a hit and run. He did an incredible job with the repairs, it looks brand new! Carlos was very communicative throughout the entire process, kept me updated every step of the way. I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and great customer service. Carlos was friendly and maintained constant communication while the work was done. Other staff members were also friendly. Work was completed a day late, but the quality of the work was more than worth the wait!

My car was repaired here after being slammed in the rear end by a motorcycle.. the service was beyond my expectation I was updated throughout the entire process of the repairs. I always have the best experience at Gerber Collision & Glass! Their customer service is impeccable and they kept me informed every step of the way! I want to specifically thank Mely for being so kind and making me feel welcome every time I walked in the door. Next, I have to shout out Carlos Colon who is an expert in every sense of the word and took extra special care of my baby! He was so patient and answered every single question I had every single time! At some point everyone in Orlando needs paint and body services. I can not recommend Gerber highly enough. They did an excellent job, kept me updated throughout the process and handled the insurance company. Carlos was great. I hope I don’t need body work again but if I do they are the first call I’ll make.
