I went in today with a bumper that needed to be fixed on my Lexus. I met with Carlos who talked to the warranty company for me and then checked my issue. He had me in and out within 20 mins and the bumper is back in place as it should be. Carlos, Jay, and the gentleman in the shop(I can’t remember his name ?) were courteous AND professional.I couldn’t have asked for better service! Thanks so much guys!

I took my challenger here a couple months ago and very disappointed to say they did a sloppy job at fixing my quarter panel. They did not weld it in properly and also made me wait an extra week but didn’t do a proper job fixing what they needed too.

Do not bring your car here for repair.They they do the worst paint jobs I've ever seen.Just walk the lot and look at the finished cars.My insurance company sent me here for an estimate.I'll takethe estimate to a shop that knows how to paint correctly.

I took my car to Gerber Auto Glass and Collision, the other day and was so pleased, with this business on 436/Semoran. Carlos Colon is a great guy. Your concerns are his priority. He listens to what you’re saying. My tech guy was Rafael, and he was just awesome. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend this body shop!! Thank you Carlos and Rafael!! You both are amazing guys!!!! Do not waste your time or money here. They had my car for over 2 months and it wasn’t fixed correctly. To start off, they put a different door on my car that doesn’t match the rest of the interior, my change holder is missing, loud noise coming from the side they were working on and missing parts from the bottom of the vehicle.Mely Acevedo,which is the office manager, was not helpful with the situation at all. She has A condescending tone with you, cuts you off when you’re speaking, and gets upset when you ask questions. Most of the time she says “i don’t know, i am not the one working on your car”.Spoke to the general manager, GeanCarlos Osorio,which wasn’t any better. Instead of de escalating the situation, He yelled at me, told me my car wouldn’t be ready on that day and he proceeded to talk over me and then hung up. After 3 hours went by, I still haven’t heard from Gerber so I call State Farm,i confirm with them that they sent the letter. i went into the shop, where I waited in the lobby over 30 min to speak to a manager (GanCarlos). That was a complete fail; he told me it wasn’t their fault and that they’re not releasing the vehicle today because now it needed approval from their marketing manager George but they didn’t know how long it would take.State Farm was on the phone witnessing how he was speaking to me and even filed a complaint. State Farm stated they could not hold the vehicle because the payment had already been electronically sent and they would provide further information if needed. I spent 3 hours in the lobby with the insurance company because they would not release my vehicle even though the insurance company had paid the amount and sent the letter they asked for. They were not updating me on anything and ignoring me while I’m in the lobby.Finally I asked if there was update and Melys response was “the detailer is bringing your vehicle around”. When the detailer brought the car out, I asked if someone would review what was done to the vehicle but he said he was just a detailer. Mely then came out and said “I did not work on your car and I am not an estimator so I cannot tell you what was done but you have all the paperwork in your hand”.GeanCarlos then came out very mad, agitated,walking fast and said “enough is enough, after this I’m calling the police on you”. He went over the papers very quickly and told me to pay the deductible and there was nothing else they could do for me. I pay my deductible, and leave the parking lot. My car is now making a noise on the side they worked on and the vehicle isn’t right. I will Not be going back to this location!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

The staff was pleasant and seemed efficient. I've yet to have my car repaired, but I take it in tomorrow. We'll just see if all goes as well with their repair service team. So far...so GOOD.

Excellent communication and service. Repairs completed almost a week ahead of schedule. They even detailed our vehicle! Highly recommended. Tiffany knows her business! ?
