This customer service from when I called and set an appointment was very warm and welcoming. Dre was kind, professional and prompt in completing my service. My car was completed an hour before the time I was told which was good. Overall the job was fairly satisfactory as my car was fairly filthy. However when making my appointment I stressed that I need my car in mint condition as if it was being sold the next day. The ceiling was not thoroughly cleaned and the back seat still has some spots. When I mentioned my concerns at check out I was informed that the equipment used to extract the stain is no longer in stock. As a client I feel this isn’t my concern - I was told that they would work on the ceiling stain if I booked another service which I found disappointing.

I had an interior detail done on my car. Very good job and I was happy when I got it back. The seats were extremely clean and the dash was spotless. They made my car's interior look as good as it did when I first got it. I did have a few minor comments on the service. It was my first time doing business with GI Clean and there was not much instruction about where to drop off the car or where in the parking garage they were located so that was a little confusing. Also I thought the trunk would have gotten at least vacuumed but it was not. When I scheduled the service on the phone and asked what was included, I was told if I had the trunk completely empty they would go ahead and vacuum it in addition to all the detailing they did in my car. Anyway, I was still very happy with the results and I would use this service again.

When we stepped outside and saw our car after the detailing was completed, we couldn’t believe our eyes. Our car was soiled, seats stained from food spills over time, and the carpets were in need of deep cleaning. What a fantastic job these hardworking men did transforming our car to look like new!We will be happy to call them in the future for car detailing!They arrived on time with a call ahead of their arrival. A follow up call came later in the day to check on our satisfaction of their job! These men were sent to us by God. Very happy with the job they did. The previous owner of my vehicle was a smoker. Never thought the smell would come out but Anthony delivered. They also applied Liquid Glass to the exterior to protect the paint for a very long time. I've never felt a car so smooth. Phenomenal work, punctual, and very professional. Will definitely use them in the future.
