Derrick I had a privilege of coming into the Goldenrod store and Derrick assisted me. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with absolutely has a lot of integrity and he is a great employee.

saw the “will be back” sign in the door so i waited quite a while just for them to walk out at the time the sign said. waited 30 minutes for nothing. not worth spending money at a place that doesnt want it apparently

I keep going to this store a couple minutes before 6pm when I get off work, and they keep closing the store an hour or more earlier than they are suppose to! This is not right. You guys are robbing the store! I don’t generally write bad reviews, but you guys are so rude, and annoyed me to the point where I can’t keep quiet! I knocked on the door and asked why are they close and a woman in the store rudely shouted “ WE ARE CLOSED!” Including hand gestures. I won’t be going back and will not be renewing my PRO MEMBERSHIP.

Had a wonderful experience here with Quentin. Walked in looking for a particular item that they didn’t have it in store. They helped me find a good alternative to try and offered to ship the item I was looking for. They even told me about some sales that were about to happen for my next trip in!
