This is my preferred location. There's a GNC a little closer, but this location is better stocked more often with the items I'm looking for. The staff at generally any location is always helpful and friendly. The location is also good as it's centrally placed and near my grocery store as well. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is because they've been limited on Zoa recently. It's been that way at every location I've gone, so maybe that's more of a producer issue. Otherwise, they're a solid store brand with a decent rewards program

Just try and get someone to answer the phone! Also if you are looking for a product and they have it, they will not sell it to you. I was referred to go to the "Dr. Phillips location" at this store and according to Google and another GNC store and the GNC website it doesn't exist. Not joking.

The customer service here is terrible. The store hours are terrible. Says it's open at 11am and it's still closed and there's multiple reviews of it being open until 9pm but closing hours beforehand. What's the point of owning a store if you aren't going to open it to make money? TRASH

Store says it's open till 9pm....came in today (6/24/21) at 5:15 and the EMPLOYEE INSIDE said it was closed by shrugging her shoulders. How. Disappointing.

I walk up to the door and clearly see a women standing behind the register. The open sign is all lit up but the door was locked. The women sees me standing at the door and instead of coming to unlock the door the women proceeds to gather her things and then comes to the door and says “I have no night shift…sorry” as she’s walking out the door to go home. Ok understandable but I just need to grab one thing, she tells me to go to the one on Kirkman Rd instead of just allowing me to purchase my one item. Incredible how lazy and unprofessional that is! Needless to say I will never give them my business again if that’s how they operate! No wonder why you don’t have a night shift worker!
