This is by far the worst GNC ever, I have attempted to go here 3 times throughout the week to pick up an energy drink and there is ALWAYS a sign saying “be back at 3:30” or “be back at “11:30”, keep in mind I come here around 10am-2pm and every time says something like be back in 30 minutes. I don’t understand how this is a daily occurrence and you can shut your business down for that amount of time, THIS WAS EVERYDAY THIS WEEK I WAS NOT EVEN ABLE TO GO IN THE STORE AND NO ONE WAS WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. I FINALLY was able to go into the store to buy some pre workout and the guy working was just completely disrespectful and didn’t even know what they were doing. This location is a complete joke and I don’t know how this place is even still in business. Do better.

JP is awesome!! It was my first time buying pre-workout and I had no idea what I was doing, and he helped me a lot by explaining what it is, what it does, and showing me all the options I could get! He is so kind and helpful!! Thank you JP :)

This particular GNC is located on the corner of University Boulevard and Alafaya Trail. They seem to have a few small supply chain issues, but it seems that is something that has become more common. Anyway, they did not have the particular item that I wanted, but they had a similar item and I was in and out with maybe not exactly what I wanted, but a similar product.

Went on a Saturday about 1230. I Did not purchase online because I want to be able to discuss options for protein isolate. This guy could not be more disinterested in helping. I described what I had read on the website. He could not even try. I found on the website showed it to him and he finally showed me where the product was. Never coming back here again. Plus he was playing music With some F bombs, which was an additional turn off.

This review is not about their products- I love all their products and employees are usually very helpful and insightful at this location. HOWEVER, I just walked into this location at 6:00 and the single employee was not wearing a mask whatsoever. Not even like he wasn't wearing one when no one was in there and then put it back on when a customer went in. NO. He didn't even think about it. He clearly saw my discomfort about him not wearing a mask, but didn't say anything or FIX THE ISSUE BY PUTTING ON A MASK. Let's just say I did not buy anything and will not be returning to this location. I don't care that he was a college student - I'm a college student too. JUST PUT ON A MASK. This makes the business look really bad. I'm pissed.
