Placed an offer on an item - told yes by Jelanie, then told no once I confirmed I was on the way and told brand new it retails higher and that the manager wouldn’t let it go for less than what it retails. Thank goodness I was only halfway to Orlando from my location. Terrible customer service - will never go through them. Was able to find my offer elsewhere on OfferUp!

Associates are very friendly and best rate and top dollar. Pawn value increases the mostwithout defaults. The only pawnshop I'll ever use.

Great customer service and they always have a good selection of products, if you don’t see what you are looking for in the front ask the guys running the stores since they have more items in the back. I always come here if I’m looking for something before trying to buy it new.

I'd give them over 100 stars if I could. Their customer service is absolutely awesome. They are always friendly, precise & professional. They go above & beyond to make sure they treat their customers fairly. I've done business with them a few years. Great people! They are definitely highly recommendable if you're in the East Orlando area!

I love coming to this store location. Martha and Jose are spectacular!! Each visit I make, the store is clean, and very organized. Everyone is always customer friendly and helpful.

They had no clue how to authenticate my Louis Vuitton bag. Knowing this I would not sell anything there and how could I possibly trust that the items they have for sale are real??? Hard pass. No thanks

I stopped by Godfather pawn the other day and spoke with Ivan, very nice and respectful guy. Ivan took the time to give me a tour of the store along with showing me their huge inventory. I will be going back in the future...Thanks lvan!!!
