Cashier was rude and didn't know what the Key Lime Dole Whip was, even though I've heard about it several places and would assume it's a popular item here. Well, I will never be ordering it again because it was AWFUL. Tasted nothing like Dole Whip; it was like a bad sherbet knock-off. Graham crackers were like dirt specks sprinkled on top. Highly recommend skipping this place, no matter how hungry you are

The coffee tastes burnt, we didn't get what we ordered, and the prices are outrageous for what you get.Vegetarian options: Tried to order the plant-based wrap, was given the disgusting sausage wrap anyways.

You are better off eating at Starbucks at one of the parks or ordering Chick-fil-A or McDonald's. Very slow service, super small serving sizes and the online menu is different then what's served. Now they charge more and give even

For a Disney establishment I expect better. In the last week I’ve had:The impossible burger: tastes like it’s been microwaved. Came with soggy cole slaw.Caesar salad: chopped lettuce with a package of Ken’s dressing for $11. My wife got the one with shrimp and they gave her a separate plastic container of unseasoned shrimp to mix into her salad.The hummus wrap: just sweet potatoes with black bean hummus - tastes like smushed black beans, and my family said it was “disgusting”.Hot cocoa: a cup of hot water and they give you a packet of cocoa mix to put in yourself for $4.The quality for Disney is beyond sub par. I get better food at Burger King.

I ate there two different days at the pool, food was really pretty good. Homemade chips overcooked, but everything else food was good. Sweet Tea was sour both day's, they told me they just cleaned it and all good, but it was sour both days.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom was in a wheelchair and we got around pretty good.

Best chicken wrap I've had in awhile. Flagler Chicken Wrap had free kettle chips, which were a nice touch. Ordered an orange juice to accompany it (bottled). My husband had a fountain soda. The food was fresh and fast. Cost about $21 total (average considering Disney resort prices). Nice waterside picnic tables (if you don't mind the canal smell once in a while when the wind is strong).

This is a quick counter service place for food. There is plenty of seating across from it. Make sure you let them know if you have any food allergies. They will accomodate you.

Awful! I have an egg allergy and I have never been so poorly treated by any of Disney's restraunts. I ordered the harvest breakfast sandwich that comes with plant based eggs, avocado and roasted tomatoes on a brioche bun. So it comes on a bun that contains egg so I'm not sure why that's a thing but anyways I asked for the allergy bun. They marked my order as an allergy order and put no eggs. I told them specifically I wanted the plant based eggs that it comes with. I love disney for always having plant based eggs. They first tried to give me the sandwich with no egg, then I got the sandwich with the plant based eggs that were literally hard, like they had been sitting there for a week, the avocado was the only saving grace to the meal and the roasted tomatoes were a joke.... see picture. They also gave it to me on white bread? I was very over trying to get my order correct because they also messed up my son's order who got a very standard nothing special about it kids breakfast platter and somehow got that all wrong. Terrible awful experience. It wouldn't have been so awful if they weren't so rude and the language barrier with all the employees wasnt such an issue. Just don't go there it's not worth the price or frustration.Dietary restrictions: Awful

Horrible service. Workers watch every condiment taken. Condiment police. Stay behind the counter. Watched a guy take 2 hot sauces and then the girl worker watching told the guy at the register (guy wearing the straw hat). He then took them and put them behind the counter. Also they have the Disney Effect, chips for French fries. Your chips suck.

If you are famished and need to eat this place will work. Otherwise don't bother. If you are staying at the hotel, bring your travel coffee mug and fill up yourself!!

Lovely lovely staff.We were sent here because they refused to accept us in Olivia, where I wanted to have breakfast, but as it turned out, they would only be able to serve us in an hour at 11:30, which is simply unacceptable, since they do not have such information.The coffee here is so-so, I didn’t even order. But friends cannot live without coffee, so they are ready to drink this one too.Breakfast is in boxes. It doesn't look very good. But the girls seemed to like it.I only took the muffin without any drink.For the hungry - that's it.Fast and convenient.

During our stay at Old Key West although Goods to go was busy ,the fast food was prompt and delivered with a friendly service. It was actually quite good as the only option available for most people due to the limited availability of Olivia’s cafe.

We eat here a few nights while staying at Old Key West. The food was good, and so was the service. It was nice to sit at the pool and eat, or you can eat at the picnic tables that they have there.

We've ordered from here 4 times between last year this year and each time it has been horrible - I guess I haven't learned my yet. They have either given us the wrong food, gave our food to someone else, or we had to wait over an hour for two orders of chicken strips. Usually Disney restaurants are spot on but this one needs a lot of work!
