Fun to see what you can find. Some things are overpriced for a goodwill. You got the donation for free, they should be more reasonable. But always fun to look around .
Rude staff! They say it’s policy you can’t plug in a light to see if it works… then why would I buy it if you are refusing to allow me to test it? It is a used product and you should allow the customer to confirm it works… so don’t bother to shop for anything electronic since they adamantly refuse to show proof it works and they don’t take returns…. Ridiculous and the staff should be much nicer to the customers.

Of all the Goodwills I’ve visited across the U.S., this one in Lake Nona is by far the best. The store is huge, incredibly well-organized, and always full of great finds. You can really tell the staff puts in a lot of effort to keep everything organized, tidy, and easy to browse. I never leave empty-handed.

I just lose my time. Clothes was overpriced, everything with color of the week was in bad condition. You can see they have different people tagging products, same toys different prices, same shirt different prices… is so random there and when I ask for adjust prices to the manager, so I can take both he refused saying he can’t do anything about it. He preferred don’t make a sale, so I left everything behind.

The store is clean and well organized compared by other goodwill stores but the prices are ridiculous for second hand items.

EXPENSIVE! For things that are donated for FREE everything is so expensive. I didn’t find 1 decent priced item. It’s a shame bc I would have definitely purchased a couple of decor items if it were priced appropriately. I will stop donating here as well since it’s clearly not helping the poorer people as I thought it was intended for. What a shame.

This is the most greedily overpriced Goodwill I have ever been to. Its prices are ridiculous, Often times are priced at the near or exact price of the new version of this item. There is no reason to come to this store.

Misleading return policy! The claim to have a 3-day return policy, but what they fail to tell you is that all sales are FINAL and they only do exchanges. Exchanges must be made within 3 days and they do NOT offer store credit. The managers solution was to exchange it for something of equal value and come back every 3 days until I find something that I like... absurd. They are overpriced and don’t have any fitting rooms to try on clothing and they don’t allow electrical to be tested in a wall outlet to ensure it works. Such a blatant money grab.

Prices are ridiculous, high! Cups $5.99 men’s shorts $8.99 men’s shirts $8.99.
At these prices regular big retail on sale is probably just as inexpensive and new!
