First time visiting a Goodwill outlet....... I stopped by this weekend on a girls trip. We decided to stop to see what the bins are all about. Well this was an experience. There was a large group of women that were obviously working together and their tactic is to intimidate people and as soon as a bin is pushed out on the floor they rush it and if anyone is in their way they push hit scratch yell what ever they can do to get to the new bin first. When we saw this happening we decided to take out our phone and record them however we were confronted by one of the women and eventually she got a worker to come over and tell us that we could not record anything in that store. Phones were put away but the woman decided that she would bully us and other customers and make them leave. I did not leave and said what I had to say to her and she backed off, but continued to harass other customers. Not one word was said to this woman and the people she was working with. There were more bins brought out and the same employee(she was polite to us) that let us know that we could not record grouped the customers together and laid down the rules/treats. She specifically said no running, no touching the bins, or recording. If you do you will be banned from that location and you can call corporate....they will tell you that the decision would be theirs if you could come back or not. Once she finished talking she told them to walk not run over to the bins that had just been pushed out to the floor and not touch them until she said they could. If you did you would be put out. That same gang of women took off running and could not keep their hands off the bins. She said nothing to them. Not sure why. Someone could have gotten hurt and that would be on Goodwill. I think someone from corporate should go and check this out. I've never seen anything like it. It was like a big fight for the last meal on earth. Needless to say I found a few great pieces and left never to return and would not recommend anyone unless they bring in some bouncers....LOL Giving 3 stars because Goodwill needs to make sure the customers and employees are safe. Those women were comfortable acting like animals.

Worst bin store ever. It's just bins and bins of clothes, only 2 bins of stuff and no bins of books. Never been in an outlet that didn't have a row of books and several rows of toys/house hold goods. Only come here if you're looking for clothes, otherwise drive to one of the other outlets

A group of us spend a lot of money at this location. However, the employees here are very disrespectful and rude. They seem to get a thrill out of screaming at customers. We have since stopped spending our money there.

Overall good experience. You have to be patient while treasure hunting, but if you take time to look around there is cool stuff to be found.

I recently visited this Goodwill location and was impressed by the significant improvement in the organization of bin rotation, thanks to Dee P. Her outstanding performance deserves recognition. Dee was consistently polite and friendly, creating a positive atmosphere. Unlike previous experiences, I observed no instances of customer yelling. Well done, Dee P.!

This is a “bins” store, not a typical thrift shop. It was a first time visit for us. There were no signs or person to tell you what to do. You walk in and see people in lines and some looking through bins. The people in line were very friendly and answered questions I had about what to do. They said you can look at bins already out but must wait in line to see new bins.We looked around a little and all the bins were clothing. We then got in line, waited 15 minutes. It wasn’t really orderly and you couldn’t tell where the end was. They let people go stand in front of their desired new bin but you couldn’t touch anything until they said go. You could not bring a cart with you. When they said, “go” you could dig through. A few minutes later other people with carts could join. I looked through 2 bins of plush but the rest was more clothing. For checkout, you transfer your items to a cart on a scale to weigh it. I thought there would be a different price for books (I had picked up 3) but they said no it’s all the same. I ended up spending more than I expected but still got some good items. We went around 12:30 on a Saturday. It was full but not crowded. There were lots of families, bilingual speakers, young men and all were welcoming, polite and willing to help with questions. If you know what you’re getting into, you can find some great items

So bad they're even trying to sell tilted 90s fake church trees.Almost all dirty ripped clothes there while they hoard the good stuff in the back to put online. You can get heavily used furniture here.

Clothes by the pound in large bins. Housewares are in the same bins too. It was very crowded with long lines to the cashier. It's definitely cheap, but chaotic if that's your thing. There is even a small section of furniture too. Not much else to say about this quite unique outlet.

For ONE, with all the money this company is making out of customers each day, seriously there needs to be a reconsideration in the practice of teaching their employees better customer service. Eliminate whoever is the manager on board. There needs to be an adjustment in the mannerisms from the employees that are changing out the bins.Their demeanor comes off extremely rude and obnoxious. Displaying actions of dictation, even to those who are new. What they should be using if they don’t know how to properly have people skills and speak as human beings is a display of a “floor sign” to show, “the area is out of reach due to the changes of “Bins”. There’s only about two cashiers that I have come across that have shown politeness and one bin exchanger who appears nice.Secondly, the amount of clothes that come about. There needs to be a better separation, not only between shoes and suitcases/bags but also between the sheets and blankets. It’s a mess. A pulled muscle of an arm or leg can happen from the struggle you have to go through just to find a shirt or simply a cap. There needs to be a better organization plan to separate clothes from bed sheets/blankets, BADLY. This whole display of appearance is giving the goodwill retail stores a bad name. Not a positive representation at all.Thirdly, there seems to be a particular race that just leaves their carts along the middle of all of the bins in the outlet. With all the space there is in this warehouse, there needs to be an additional designation area for carts to be placed by customers that aren’t ready to “CHECK OUT”, yet. The carts are filled with clothes and they are negatively in the way of all the rows of blue bins of merchandise, right in the center of the store causing it to be VERY inconveniently inconsiderate to those who’d like to be able and capable of searching through the bins that are being blocked. It’s a mess, all the time. There has to be a better system. This is only going to draw away customers from not having a normal experience, outcome, and just not comfortably wanting to come back for a visit. Even from the first time visiting it was an overwhelming negative experience. Whoever is the floor manager/director of this goodwill outlet they are clearly showing bad leadership, rubbing off horrible mannerisms to those around them as it shows, in return displaying a negative representation towards this location, and also a bad representation of this company.

There's a reason this location doesn't allow filming. They don't want evidence of how horrible the employees treat the customers posted to the public or how the Haitian community behaves towards other customers who aren't part of their little circle or how disgusting the clothes are that they put out. Recently found out that the donation bins you see around town are being picked through by thrift stores like OMGthrift. They take all the good stuff then donate the trash stuff to the goodwill outlet bins. It's no wonder the quality of stuff at the bins has decreased so much.

I know they are only able to sell based on what actually comes in but it seemed like 80-90% was clothing, 15% shoes, maybe 5% general merchandise. Most other bins seem closer to 50/50 which I prefer. Conditions are rough on almost everything. Even some new with tag stuff was trashed. Only stayed a short time so not sure about bin refresh rate. Only found a couple items, line was insanely long so I just dropped the items back and left.

It was okay, you can tell the cashiers hate their jobs. All I heard was them yelling at customers the entire time.
