Not a good "GoodWill" . Clothing prices are the standard GoodWill costs but everything else is pricey and they bundle things together to sell them for more than if they were individually prices. And worst part of this store is they don't have any fitting rooms! I have never in my life been to one without fitting rooms.

Outrageous prices, I even noticed that some items that you find in this goodwill are from next door “dollar tree” and they sell it for $1.25 and in this goodwill they’re selling it for $3.99 like what kind of joke is this?? ??♀️

Visited for the first time yesterday with my children & was very disappointed. Way over priced for used, donated items! Next to nothing for the electronics section! There was an undeniable smell of filth in certain areas & on one shelf, things we picked up were literally sticky! My son was looking at clothing, but I refuse to pay prices that high for used items! Could buy brand new at TJ MAXX! Employees were really rude with the exception of one young lady at the cash register. She was very nice. One thing people need to realize, sadly Goodwill stopped being about actual "good will", a long time ago! They focus on as much money as they can possibly make off of the generosity of others instead of their actual mission. Very sad!

Way over priced. You can get things brand new at TJ Maxx for less. They removed fitting rooms and don’t allow returns.

This place is HORRIBLE. Yes with capital letters. I stopped there last night with my teenage daughter because she needed something that could match with her Halloween costume , and we looked everywhere else and couldn't find anything that matches her outfit. Today she asked me to return the item because the short dress was actually too long for her. No, I didn't checked the receipt because she had it the entire time . When i stopped there to return it, two of the cashiers decided to behave like teenagers and gave me a cynical attitude. When I left the dress there because they told me in their own annoying and unprofessional tone that there was " no returns" allowed in their policy .They laughed at me and started talking about me right behind my back . They didn't bother to wait for me to exit the store. I guess they have a Motto: "Treat people according to their financial status." Them assuming that everybody that stops at this place is basically either very poor, ignorant or illiterate and they don't deserve to be treated better. Because, of course , you won't get treated like this at Macy's . I will definitely contact their Corp even though i'm not planning on going to this place ever again.

Very rudely kicked me out 5 minutes before closing. Said they were closed and told me that I “wasn’t supposed to be in there.” I live around the corner and have been in there a bunch but no reason to go back now with customer service like that. Overpriced with garbage selection anyways. Save your time and go to a different one.

Shoes were marked 7.99 with the sticker. Took them up to register she said there’s a 12 written on the shoe in sharpie so that means the sticker was a mistake and someone was trying to get them cheaper, and said they are actually $29.99 ?! Where did she get that number? Just changing at the register to triple the price even 7+12 doesn’t equal 30 dollars. Associates are rude and mad your even there. They took out the dressing rooms. So you spend more money I’m sure inconvenienced by returning things that don’t fit hoping you’ll trash them anyways. There are way better options out there. Where used stained shirts aren’t 13.00 This good will is up to no good and I look forward to there downfall in the future. Robbing people never pays off long term.

I can't help but echo what everyone else is saying. The clothing prices are a bit much for the quality, and I've only had awkward experiences with the cashiers.

Place is a joke now. Used to shop here but they removed the dressing rooms so you can’t try anything on and you only have 3 days to exchange it, not even a refund. I came back the next day and lines were to back of store and only 2 registers open on a weekend day and to top it off they could only take cash. Never again will I shop there.

Prices are extremely high! I also witnessed a manager being extremely rude to an associate in front of customers. Don’t waste your time here.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Goodwill and wanted to share my experience. While the store has a wide selection of items and supports a good cause, I was disappointed by the pricing. In my opinion, the prices at Goodwill are significantly higher than what I would expect for donated items. One particular example that stood out to me was the plush stuffed animals, which were priced at $10. It's difficult to understand why a second-hand stuffed animal would be priced so high when the organization receives these items for free. Similarly, the prices for shirts ranging from $7 to $12 seemed excessive considering their pre-owned nature. The high pricing at Goodwill can pose challenges for individuals and families with limited funds who rely on the store to clothe their children or find affordable household items. It's unfortunate that a charitable organization would place such a burden on those who need affordable options the most. While I understand that Goodwill operates as a business to fund their mission and provide employment opportunities, it's important to strike a balance between generating revenue and maintaining affordability. Perhaps a reevaluation of their pricing structure could help ensure that more people can access the resources they need without feeling burdened by high costs.Overall, my experience at Goodwill left me disappointed due to the high prices placed on donated items. I hope that the organization takes customer feedback into consideration and finds ways to address these concerns, ensuring that their mission aligns with the needs of the communities they serve.
