The reviews on here aren’t kidding. Had an encounter with very rude/condescending employees. I’ve never felt like donating stuff was an imposition before. I had an item they couldn’t take (I had a feeling and figured it was a worth a shot in case they could use it), was understanding when they said they couldn’t take it & asked if they had suggestions on how to dispose of it properly (I’m sure I’m not the first person they denied taking something from so I asked in case they had info I didn’t). And I was met with rude & accusatory comments about getting trespassed if I used their dumpster - wasn’t planning on it… Also heard them saying not nice things about me as I got in my car. Maybe think twice before donating at this location.

FLAT out rudest unprofessional staff at this location. Please update YOUR website. Ppl donate beat when informed. Consulted site prior to coming says it takes area rugs- no sizes listed. We brought one for donation to be told by the rudest person they don’t take larger than a bath rug? Well Windermere did? Literally an hour prior to dropping to DR Phillips. Ok fine however absolutely unacceptable behavior/attitude by older male (mostly bald) attendant. Won’t be donating here again- who needs to be treated this way when trying to do the right thing by re-purposing & avoiding items in landfill?

I have donated here many times and they are always pleasant and helpful. However yesterday they really went above and beyond!! My daughter accidentally set her new iPhone in one of the baskets being donated and we didn’t realize it until we got home and couldn’t find her phone. Find my iphone showed us that it was at goodwill so we drove back but they were closed for the night. After leaving a message after hours I got a call from a manager a short time later letting me know he received the message and that he reached out to that locations manager directly (Ron). Spoke with the manager again the next morning and he let me know that they had the phone waiting for us. Can’t thank them enough!! All around great experience in a stressful situation.

Extremely rude staff when I pulled up to drop off some used furniture the man looked at me like I was unloading toxic waste on them and was very condescending and derisive. I understand if they can't accept it if it's not up to their standards but my trying to see if someone else in need can re-use something and repair it if necessary doesn't warrant treating donors like they're a major inconvenience and being flat out insolent towards them not to mention they are also representing Goodwill and their motto of "uncommonly good" but were instead "uncommonly bad". Donated it and the rest of my stuff instead to Salvation Army, they also do free pickups by appointment plus they're supporting recovering addicts and they were very grateful, quite the opposite of "Badwill"

I have always had great experiences donating here, quick and easy. Someone meets you outside with a cart so you can load everything in and be on your way.

Went here to donate my clothing and shoes. Went through a back way, which is kind of odd, but it was a good location to drop off. Easy access and fast. Definitely an express location. No wait, excellent service. In and out fast. No need to wait. Was hard to spot at first but once you find this spot, easy to go to. Would donate again.
