Damaged my vehicle by knocking a metal plate into the engine while doing an oil change. Said they would get in touch with me to fix it and after a week they have not reached out. Oil level was low as well upon returning. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

After the review below I received a call from the manager Victor. He was apologetic for the experience we had and offered to make it right. I understand Victor’s position as a manager, you are responsible for all of your employees and their actions, though you can’t always be the only one customers can rely on. I appreciate Victors efforts to reconcile and I am happy that he reached out to resolve… and we did resolve my concerns. We can now continue to use the Goodyear shop on N Bumby as our go to repair shop.

We have been bringing ours cars here for years. We have had both the front and rear brakes replaced within 1 year. On our last visit, the shop told us we needed new rear brakes after only 33K miles and they werent covered under the warranty plus they were going to cost $200 more, just one year and only 33K later. When I called the shop to understand why my brakes were needing to be replaced again already and why the price had gone up 70% I was told everything had gone up ? I guess that includes labor, that’s wrong. I was also told to bring the car back in to reevaluate if the car really needs breaks or not. Are you kidding me ?! The person I spoke with said they would check with the service manager and call me back on what they could do. That was several weeks ago and I haven’t heard back. Now I know this is how this shops takes car of customers that have been going here for 10 years. Thanks for nothing.

I make an appointment for an oil change, I got on time, they make wait one hour and fifthteen minute to service my car and the service I took included tire rotation and they didnt do it. I dont see why they make appointments if they are going to make tou wait. IT SUCKS! NOT HAPPY!

Was headed to the bank when turning into their curb, my tire popped, thinking I was lucky that it happened in front of them to get a changed tire, tried charging me $310 for 1 tire…. Felt like it was a set up

Never calls when your car is ready. Leaves trash in your car from the service. Unnecessarily changes settings in the vehicles and some how the prices changes from drop off to pickup without adding anything else to the service.

Usually great service. I dropped my car off today at 930am (with an appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a morning class, got out at 1130, called and was told it was the next in line. I went and had lunch, came into the store and my car was parked where I left it. When I asked inside (at 12:15) I was told I should have advised them when I dropped it off I needed it immediately and making an appointment only puts you in line however if I would have waited in the store they would have prioritized it. If this was the case, they should either communicate that or ask what time you plan on returning. I assumed making an appointment meant they would work on my vehicle at that time or as soon as the next bay is open after my appointment time.

I don't walk into an auto shop expecting to feel valued. I expect to feel fleeced. But this place is different. I bought insurance on all my car tires and they've replaced the punctures quickly and efficiently every time anything has come up. No questions asked. If there's any delay, I'm notified in a transparent way. I honestly couldn't ask for more.

James is an outstanding employee. I unknowingly had a nail in my tire and needed a new one. James was incredibly prompt and explained everything in depth. Incredibly appreciative!!! Highly recommend!
