We stopped in here with a flat tire. We called before hand and they were so polite and told us to come and and they would get us all fixed! They immediately came out when we parked with a jack, changed our tire in the rain. We were not charged a penny. The whole crew was so kind, so polite., so professional.
I couldn’t have stopped at a better place for help on a rainy day.
FYI we called Walmart TLE before calling them and no answer.
We really appreciate Frank and Kevin. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!!

I used these guys today to put on two new trailer tires on my fifth wheel and rotate 2 other tires. They have a mobile service so I tried that. They met me at the RV storage facility. They were on time and ready to work with the two tires I ordered online. I can’t say enough about their mobile service. They did a great job and even used a digital torque wrench to make sure the torque was correct on all the tires. They saved me from having to hook up the trailer and drive 20+ miles and hope there was enough room in the parking lot. I highly recommend the mobile service from this facility. Nice job guys!

I drove over an hour to get to this place, and once I arrived, a young lady walked out as I was coming in. Guessing she was the only one at the counter, I waited patiently until she came back. When she returned, I was waiting at the counter, but she must have thought I was invisible. She went straight to her computer without acknowledging me and started doing her thing.
Still being patient, I considered that she might have a lot going on and had simply missed acknowledging me. The phone rang, and she answered it in a pleasant voice, helping the customer on the phone. After she got off the phone, she went back to her computer, and when she finished her task, she called the next person, even though I was standing right in front of her. I kindly walked out because I felt either I was invisible or my blackness was too dark for her to see. I am never going to this place again; I've never experienced such disrespect.

Got some prices and suggestions. Kinda surprised representative was not aware of any military veteran discount. Still researching before deciding on GY or Mavis for my tires. Rebates, credit card promotions are basically the same. Roadside service and hassard warranty packages are the clincher. In FL, with all the construction work roadside protection is a must in my opinion.

Sabrina was an angel! They made me feel reassured and at ease, even when things were looking pretty uncertain with my car battery situation. I didn’t talk to anyone else, but I’m sure they all pale in comparison to Sabrina! (Just kidding, I’m sure they’re all nice too. But Sabrina still wins)
