Awesome and friendly people, brought the car in with a screw in the tire with the spare tire on… They rotated all my tires and put the original wheel back on, and then put the spare tire where it properly goes in my trunk underneath everything that was in it lol. Great people!

I called, and Carlos took his time answering all my questions. I really appreciate his knowledge and patience. I know it can be hectic in the automotive industry, and it’s hard to maintain excellent customer service. So, I really appreciate when employees have the capability to do so. This kind of employee is essential for business success. I have appointment today and I hope I will continue to have good experience at this location.

Amazing experience and we’re done same day and quick. I was being charged initially somewhere else $1,600 for a simple job that it only cost me $540 here thanks to the incredible help received by the front desk and over the phone.

Not enough good things to say about these guys ! The manager was AWESOME he explained everything and didn’t try to hassle me because I’m a female or add additional services that I didn’t need ! Quick and efficient . Got a discount where applicable . Staff was friendly offered coffee and waiting room was clean . Close to McDonald’s and other shops so I didn’t have to wait there the whole time . Will be back!

Initially a one star, but thanks to the Store Manager Carlos, he was great and turned my whole experience around. Initially went in 2/12 to get my tire replaced since it was losing air. I left with a steering wheel that shook and drifted to the right. The employees that day refused to fix the issue or figure out what went wrong, very frustrating. Carlos called me the next day to figure out the issue and made sure to find the problem and fix it, and he did. Great costumer service on his part!

Long story short, horrible customer service, horrible work ethic, miserable employees I witness the employee named Carlos put more effort and time into spending 45 minutes on the phone with cooperate trying to convince them to not honor the warranty on tires he thinks he owns the shop and creates his own narratives to not honor warranty he needs to go work at a job out of customer services

I took my car to this location for tire installations and a wheel alignment. Everyone at this location was so lovely and incredibly professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. Best Goodyear compared to any other around Orlando. They were patient and helped me with my tire. Quick and easy even though we had a slight hiccup but we got it solved! If you’re looking into going to a Goodyear come to this one on Goldenrod! The Goodyear on West Colonial and Bumby Avenue sucks and their customer service is absolute dog.
