They were able to get me in as a walk-in, so that was nice. You can't beat the price. However the haircut was one of the worst I've had in a long time. She cut way too much & the shaping was inappropriate for my head. Upon seeing my hair, my girlfriend even immediately reacted in surprise... It wasn't a good surprise. Perhaps if I ever come here again I'll have one of the guys cut my hair instead.

I went in for my son's haircut ($19) and shampoo ($7). The lady (middle-aged, caucasian, chair on the left) rushed his cut and "finished" within 25 min, including the shampoo/conditioner. The back of his head is patchy, the fade is uneven, and nothing was tapered, as requested. Furthermore, the child had hair all over his face and body. She started with another customer. I had to ask the other lady to try to save the child's hair. This is no way worth $30+. They care about volume over quality. She didn't bother responding when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service.

This place is a terrible place to get a haircut. The woman who did my haircut gave me a disgracefully bad shave and I don't believe she is really a barber. They shave like they shave animals. The way my hair is shaved is very disproportionate. I will never go to this place or any of its branches ever again. This was my first time and it will be my last!!!

Signed in online, went into the store where five gentlemen were sitting. Neither employee asked if I signed in online, never checked me in and continued with other customers, and I was first in line.

Horrible we have been going to great clips dr phillips location since 2016. This was the worst by far never going back. Usual people were not there everyone new. $25 dollars for a haircut that didn't even take 15 minutes. No wonder the place was empty, in this case you don't get what you paid for. She asked me several times what I wanted to do and in the end she forgot I had to remind her.

Came to get a trim and the lady cutting my hair had no clue how to cut hair I said can you cut a little more off the top and make it textured and she grabs top of my hair and she start pulling my hair and completely damaging it the way she was cutting it and the sides were completely uneven some long some short and then she said she was done unbelievable I would recommend barber
