Great doing business with Vinny. Response time is very fast, got the motor shipped very quickly, packaged very well, and I have zero engine codes and no issues with the motor I ordered. The motor showed up in five days to the house and we put it in the car. Would wholeheartedly recommend Greenstar for any of your automotive supply needs.

**In response to your reply. Let's not lie and pretend you gave any options. You called to TELL me you had canceled, not to offer me any options other than to drive to you pay cash and pick it up.I only refused to drive to you to pick it up when you offer free delivery.I was clear that my son was paying for it upfront, which is why I gave Eze his number to complete the purchase.Imagine, a father and son having different first names!! And as explained way too far into detail, he is my stepson, which only seems to matter to you only after accepting the money in the first place.The secluded parking lot of a business park in Lake Mary with multiple businesses and a grocery store and theater that serves Heathrow, was a nice touch.Just be upfront and tell customers that you only deliver to repair shops with a forklift.**After finding my son put a hole in the head of his car engine, we decided to replace the engine rather than do a repair that may not last.Was given a website that is like Google for car parts.GreenStar was the closest company with a replacement engine.Called, asked a few questions and decided to purchase the engine.Had them call my son so he could pay for it. They called me back once the payment completed, and had a screenshot confirmation from my son, and they said they would deliver to my office the next day since they don't deliver to residential address. Remember this for later.Within a few hours they called back stating it was too suspicious and they were canceling the order, even had the manager ready on the phone since it was his decision.Even after explaining the reason that made it suspicious, half of it was their reasoning for not delivering to residential, and offering proof that it isn't fraudulent (tile, insurance, bank statements) they refunded the order and canceled the delivery.One of 3 things actually happened;1. They didn't have the motor after all, and didn't want to admit it since they already billed for it.2. They didn't have any other deliveries to make and since they don't charge for delivery it would have cost them more than they were willing to pay to get the engine to us.3. The salesman Ezequiel (Eze) promised more than he could deliver, the boss saw it and told him no.Was going to give 2 stars since everyone was pleasant but in the end not looking for a friend, looking for a part to buy.FYI found an engine from out of state that is cheaper that actually will deliver the motor and bring it to the house and it was cheaper.

This is my first time buying a major used car part and there is no doubt that I was very hesitant. for an industry that is known for not always being upfront or accurate with their parts or their description... I can tell you this was the best experience anybody could ever hope for in any buying situation. whenever the engine arrived at my mechanic they couldn't believe how well detailed and meticulous the packing was on the engine. the engine itself was clean and also created in a manner fit for a crystal vase. Ezequiel was amazing following up on every detail and going above and beyond on all my simple asks. he even emailed weeks later to see if everything worked out ok. I love the fact that I NEVER have to look for another parts location in my life.if evry business and associate acted and worked like this group does...we would never need customer service or conflict resolution.thank you again

Just wanted to say Dakota was SUPER helpful. Although his company didn't have the part that I needed, he searched and connected me with another company who had exactly what I was looking for. Glad to see that great customer service still exists! I highly recommend this company!!

Well oil machine of an operation. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and courteous. John Kraus the sales Manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the correct parts for my car. He is a true professional. Best regards to the person incharge of hiring, you did an excellent job. The cashier was straight out of the Ritz Carlton, I didn't get her name but super polite. 10/10.

First time there was great. I needed a transmission and they had it. All you have to do is go to the office and one of the guys will search for it. Once paid at another desk you go outside, ring a bell, and someone comes out to see what part you need so they can get it.Depending on the part, it may need cleaning, as my transmission did. They cleaned it up a bit, which took about 20 minutes. Then they had me back my car up to load the part. A forklift had the transmission by a chain. It actually fit into the back of my SUV with the forks! Positioned it then disconnected. I strapped it down and that was it.Note: if you have a small part like a mirror or exhaust part, they simply hand it to you and you're done.Note 2: The parking was confusing at first. The customer parking is in the building. Go into the entrance and turn left. The parking spots, to your left, have signs over them. Directly across from there is the office where you order/pay for what you need. And just past the parking area is the exit.Everyone was nice. Looked like they enjoyed their jobs. That translated into great customer service. I will definitely go back!Hope this helps someone that wants to go to Greenstar.

I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH VINNY FOR OVER 25 YEARS ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FILL PARTS NEEDS.IF PART IS NOT IN INVENTORY VINNY FINDS IT FOR ME.VINNY ALSO ADDRESSES ANY ISSUES THAT MAY OCCUR.I HAVE ALSO KNOWN THE OWNER NEIL ,WHO'S A GREAT MAN FOR THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME!

Update: the shop is claiming it to be their (my parents) fault due to not addressing original cooling issue. That is a false claim. In addition to installing the new motor they also installed a brand new radiator as well as a brand new water pump.Do not buy a motor from Greenstar, they advertise a “generous” six month warranty but refuse to honor it. My parents purchased a used motor from them four months ago, they kept it serviced and made sure that the water and oil stayed filled. The motor blew up and now greenstar is refusing to honor it! Over $3,500 wasted! They did everything that was asked of them which was to take a video of the motor “knocking” and to have it removed out of the truck to make the heat tabs visible. The manager said that the owner said that the heat tabs that they put on the motor just don’t look right. My parents worked very hard to save up the money to buy the motor, to have it installed and then to have it removed again, for nothing! I hope that this review saves someone else who has worked hard to repair their vehicle to avoid this same out come from an on in reputable place of business!

As a shop I'm picky with who I do business with, and GreenStar has been great. There was no pressure from them to purchase, they just wanted to help; when I did purchase, it was a very smooth transaction. The engine I purchased was in great condition. The technician who removed the engine from the vehicle (Volvo) was clearly skilled and experienced, everything was done correctly.I look forward to using them again, I took a few weeks to leave this review to make sure it was 5 stars before I posted.Thank you GreenStar and ALL your staff.
