I worked in customer care scheduling for 5 weeks the manager was rude condescending and not caring at all.Everyone makes excuses for her, because everyone is afraid of her. It is my opinion that she needs compassion classes

Do not go here unless you’re OK with spending unnecessary money . I originally went in because the shield at the bottom of my car was scraping ( or so I thought ) and my check engine light was on. They charged me 150 dollars for a diagnostic in which they ONLY checked the engine. They told me it would be 1050 so I declined. They told me a total of THREE different prices and said the diagnostic would only go towards the check engine light and not the broken shield. When I left the dealership the scraping noise was worse than ever (weird). Turns out it was my break pads. I went to a dealership down the street they told me EVERYTHING that was wrong with my car FOR FREE. I understand dealerships are pricey but they were just telling me anything my cost went from 500 to 800 to 700. Very sketchy. Please do your research before shopping with them.

I came in looking at 2023 ram 1500 trucks, I called prior to my arrival to ensure they had a certain truck and I spoke with Tyrone who is a salesman and he verified they had indeed had the truck in stock, I showed up and met Tyrone and took the truck for a test drive, the process of trading in my corvette and buying the new truck was less than 2.5 hours in total, I did not feel pushed, hassled, haggled or any of the normal dealership stuff we all complain about when car shopping, Tyrone was excellent and the Finance guy (sorry I forgot your name) was awesome as well and easy going. Would definitely do business here again in the future! Thanks for a great experience. ?

This place is a joke. Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone half the time. When someone does pick up the phone they usually transfer you into the abyss. This dealer is shady as hell. Get your free inspection and take the info to a local mechanic that will do the work for a fraction of the price. Screw Greenway until they can actually get their staff to be better to customers and stop treating them like garbage. I've had nothing but poor experiences here over the past 2 years and that's just mostly getting oil changes. I'll take my business elsewhere with less headaches. Good riddance

This was the second time I took my car in to get serviced. I purchased a Jeep Compass brand new and was told I had three free oil changes. I attempted twice to get an oil change. They had my car for eight hours each time and did nothing. I paid for my own uber to and from. I complained about my stop/start feature and nothing was done. I work in the car service industry and at my location this would not happen. I was trying to take advantage of the "free three oil changes". Looks like I am going to just lose them because this place is no help.

My experience with this dealership was nothing short of a complete nightmare, and to be honest I doubt they care. I am an active duty Marine who was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle for my upcoming assignment, so I decided to give this dealership a chance. To start with the positive, Hiram Gonzalez was the salesman I worked with, and he was quite pleasant to deal with. He put in the effort to work on a deal that would fit my budget, which I appreciated. But that's where the positivity ends. The day I was supposed to pick up my Jeep and deliver my check, I was met with an absolute disaster. Hiram had apparently made a mistake by working the numbers on a white Jeep that I had never even test-driven before. You'd think a competent dealership would at least get the vehicle right. To make matters worse, the black Jeep I had actually test-driven was $600 more expensive than the white one.So, I had to speak with Alex, one of their managers, hoping he could resolve this mess. I explained that the mistake was entirely on their end, and I had already gone through the trouble of applying for and getting approved for a specific loan amount. I was even willing to cough up an additional $250 out of my own pocket to make things right. But no, Alex refused to take any responsibility, took an obnoxious tone, and acted as if it was somehow my fault that they couldn't get their act together. The Jeep I wanted was more expensive, and it didn't even come with the $1,000 rebate that the white one had. It was crystal clear that I was blameless in this fiasco, yet they were unwilling to find a solution. To top it all off, I had to go through the hassle of applying for a loan for a vehicle that they never even sold me. Thanks to their incompetence, my credit score took a hit. After 10 years of service in the military, where I don't exactly make a fortune, the sacrifices I have made to try and make this deal work are utterly infuriating. It's beyond frustrating when a dealership can't get their act together, and it feels like a massive slap in the face. This dealership's complete lack of accountability and terrible customer service is something I wouldn't wish anyone else to deal with. Stay far, far away or take extra precaution that they don't switch last minute VIN's on you.

The worst customer service and attitudes in the state far as the parts department. Lazy as hell and get mad when you ask them to do their jobs. Bunch of clowns. Better off going to another Dodge.

I recently took my vehicle to get it serviced. When I received my vehicle after almost a week, I found that someone from the service department STOLE my property out of my car and they insinuated that I was lieing. One of the service managers stated That no one from the dealership would steel anything. If you take your vehicle to get serviced make sure you take all your stuff out of your car. If not it will be missing when you get your car back.

Hiram Gonzalez was amazing during our car buying process. So helpful with everything especially with coming from North carolina to Florida he made it a smooth and easy process. Extremely nice and informative. Answered all my fiancé’s questions on the car. Great customer service would definitely recommend going to him for your car buying needs.

I believe all car dealerships have their ways, but this place is honestly one big scam. I visited this dealership to look at a car that they had listed on auto trader for $46,962…However, the salesman at the dealership tried to sell me the car for almost $55,000 (without the extra fees). When I told them that the car was listed online for a different price, I was told the online price was incorrect and that some “manipulation” had to be used to get people in the door to see the vehicle. They then tried to offer a $1000 discount if I financed with them, but if I didn’t then the price would be more. How absurd and terrible are you to lie about the price of your vehicle and then try to sell it for almost $10,000 more. On top of that, according to KBB, the vehicle is only worth approx. $39,000. The salesman then tried to make it seem as if I was misinformed by saying he had been on the job for 13yrs. Sir, I do not care how long you have been working…wrong is wrong, regardless of your experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you were to go here, you would most likely get screwed in any deal they make with you!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dealership to take my Ram truck in for service and ended up trading it in for a new vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesman I've ever encountered. His name was Travis, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and stress-free experience. The entire process, from trading in my Ram to driving away in my new vehicle, was remarkably smooth and hassle-free. Travis’s expertise and professionalism made the transition seamless, and I felt like a valued customer throughout.

This was my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle and it was the smoothest and easiest transaction. My sales rep was Jay (Jairo). I have no words to express how grateful I am for his impeccable customer service and the experience I had. He made sure I was approved although my credit was terrible and was able to get me a decent rate and very low down payment. I filled out my financing application yesterday afternoon and by 9pm I was in my new ride. I originally inquired about a Nissan maxima 2016 and ended up leaving with an Alfa Romeo 2019!! He was determined to get me approved and exceeded my expectations. I am in love with my new car! Moving forward, I will only go to Jay. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to your customers. I will definitely be back!

Whoever HIRED Joshua Joseph needs to be fired themselves. He had my Jeep for 3 WEEKS! Billed my warranty over $2700 for problems that didn't exist. I picked it up, brought it back the next day with the same original problem. Just picked it up again and it's still going limp mode at random in the middle of traffic. It's not safe to drive!!!! I should have known when I first got his call as my advisor. He sounds like he's fresh out of high school. Late every day. The shop opens at 7, he's not available until 9. He did check in everyday, but only to tell me that he still "didn't know" and/or "hasn't started". I understand this was a weird/complicated issue. I even gave him a year's worth of history and tried to be patient and courteous through the process. About 2.5 weeks in, I finally asked for a rental. He came out and gave a half apology. Told me the rental would be covered for up to 10 days, don't worry about it. I drop it off 4 days later and all of a sudden he says it's NOT covered. Claimed he told me it wasn't covered initially and then in the same conversation told me he said it was 5 days. The kid is clueless and really shouldn't be handling ppls vehicles. At this point, he needs to be working the phones....
