I had a schedule bus time to board from the this location on John Young Parkway 12/26/2023 at 12:45 today. I arrived on time way before my scheduled bus was to leave at 12:45 , when it was time to go inside to check in the two lady’s in the front desk mentioned that the bus left at 12:30pm but on my ticket it says 12:45pm. They had no way to look me up in the system which I found was odd. I even showed them the ticket where it says 12:45pm and would arrive in Jacksonville at 4:00pm. Very much unorganized!! I did not receive any email that the time was switched until after the bus left 20 mins prior to the email that was sent out .

Lost at first but got direction from bus driver. Follow the rules or you will be banned from bus forever. They don't play. Just be curtious to other passengers. Use earbuds.

This place is absolutely disgustingly filthy and the people who work here are extremely rude & disrespectful! My advice is don’t bother booking with Greyhound or at least make sure you don’t ever have to step foot near this Orlando Florida location. Worst service racist employees that think they can run this place any way they want and apparently they know they won’t have any consequences! This place needs to be bleached from wall to wall have respectful employees or be demolished with the people who work here!

Using the greyhound was frustrating. I took a bus from Orlando to Miami. There are no parking spots at the greyhound facility to park your car. When I asked the staff about parking they were rude and told me there was nowhere to leave your car here. The parking spots that were available were 1 hour spots. Since I wasn’t aware of this I was made late for my bus and I had to park in a 1 hour tow away zone. I have no idea if my vehicle will be there when I get back. This is horrible and inconvenient. On the way back from Miami going to Orlando they cancelled my ticket and made me wait an extra 2 hours to take another bus. I will never use greyhound again.

The Orlando bus station is understaffed , the staff that are there are amazing, wonderful, polite will go the extra mile to help you in any way any problem you have with your ticket any questions you may have for them they will address and solve it for you ,absolutely wonderful people. Due to being understaffed there are so many Transit drug addicts, drug dealers, sexual acts being displayed right to the left of the entrance it smells like urine!!! They need police officers present and they need to hire more employees and clean up that place and there were so many people trying to steal people's cell phones that were at the charging station. It smells like urine everywhere!!!Greyhound you make so much money you need to CLEAN UP THAT BUS STATION THE FEELING IS DISGUSTED AND UNSAFE !

Greyhound in Orlando is a sad place. Feces and other bodily fluids on the floors and walls. Security takes bribes or payoffs to let drug dealers wander the grounds outside and inside at night. They don't do enough to keep non ticket holders out of the building. The drivers are 50/50 here. Some are on an extreme power trip and go off on the smallest things. For the most part the entire greyhound staff outside the drivers are very very rude. I was left stranded and all they can offer are vouchers which won't even cover the cost of your remaining trip. Flixbus bought into greyhound and maybe they can change them but it's not likely. Greyhound should only ever be your absolute last existing option. Never take children on a greyhound.

A very plesant bus trip. Safe driving. Polite drivers. Only a question.... going to Miami the Bus driver stopped after 2 hours drive for passengers to use the restrooms. On coming back to Orlando, the driver drove for 5 hours without a restroom break. Is this normal. Which I believe every 2 hours should be a break.

I had never traveled long distance on a bus before and didn't know what to expect but my car crapped out on me and I had to make the trip back and forth between Tampa and Orlando a few times a month while working for an Artist in Winter Haven, taking care of his PR.The trip to Orlando is pretty quick and kind of nice. The drivers were usually pleasant and accommodating. The staff at the station in Tampa are wonderful and know just what they're doing. I don't think they get enough credit for the hard work they do.In the end both Greyhound and the workers of the station were there with the answers I needed and they made my journey that much more easy and less stressful. Very helpful and I'd recommend taking Greyhound or utilizing this transport facility any time. Very impressed.

I personally had a terrible experience at the bus Station. I fell off the bus and broke my leg and fractured 2 vertebrae. Otherwise, they were helpful and treated me with respect.

I recently had to travel from Tampa, FL to Milwaukee, WI for a family emergency. My daughter's medical condition prevents her from flying, so we had to ride Greyhound. Worst experience of my life. There's no security at all. The bags are not checked. Sketchy stinky people on every bus. The stations are always dirty. Missed one bus because the driver was late arriving to Atlanta. Had to get a room since the next bus was not leaving for another 11 hpurs. Of course, Greyhound didn't pay for our room. Just the worst.

If you have a layover.. best of luck. The seats are uncomfortable, you can barely sleep in them, and there are roaches everywhere. I attempted to sleep, but was woken up with a roach crawling into my shoe!! There are close to no charging stations. They sell airport food for more $ than it would be at MCO. I only use greyhound when I need to, but I’m really going to find something else next time. Also!! On my way here, my ticket “wasn’t scanning”, as it’s directly in the app, and had to wait an hour with customer support before I could actually board the bus. Greyhound will forever and always be a nightmare.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The displays with arrival/ departure times DO NOT FUNCTION. The woman who works at night is extremely rude. Last night my husband whom is hearing impaired missed his bus which arrived early and departed early to Asheville NC. The Loyd speaker is distorted and garbled when the woman screamed into it. When my husband asked about his bus they told him he needed to purchase another ticket. Too bad for him.Seriously is this how Greyhound treats hearing impaired people?I will find other means of transportation in the future suggest everyone else to do the same. I had to pay twice for a 1 way ticket.

Easy to get to, but very strict employees, try to say goodbye to friends of mine for just a few minutes but get yelled at?!? Really?? I'm glad I was able to get there bags out of my car before the police were called, but apparently homeless people in 6 wheelchairs can chill out for days there... Just saying...

I arrived one minute late to catch my bus. It left without me. I called the customer service number. and although the rep was trying to do the best he could at refunding my $50 ticket back. The powers that be refused. In my book that's called stealing! Just remember Greyhound. The Customers keep you in business. Not the other way around! You may want to rethink leaving right on dot next time, and give the passenger a 5 minute buffer in case of red light stops.Because as they say.. life happens!
