After 30 min of shopping in the store they didn't ask if we needed help. Instead stared from afar followed us around and talked badly about us when they thought we couldn't hear it.

I'm very unsatisfied with the way the product was shown very unorganized and seemed like the employees didn't care. Honestly the staff needs to be trained all over again or even worse fired.

I honestly love the brand but I’m very disappointed which how we were treated. It was disrespectful, lots of attitude, and honestly felt like if they were acting like if we were to low to be shopping at a store of theirs. I’m happy with the clothes but the customer service has to be better.

This store needs better management and employes, the employee seem like they don't like helping others gave attitude and seems like everytime you need something it's a problem. The manager would have to be the worst part she seems like she doesn't like her job. I will not be returning.

A Group of me and friends just went to the store and it was the worst experience I had in a guess store. The staff not only followed the friend that was actually shopping assuming he was gonna take something, but then also having a face and talking about us through the walkies. Guess is a amazing brand but with that staff I would not be returning especially with that female manager.

I went to get a dress I had tried on a few days prior, but they had sent the remaining ones to Miami. Tay went above and beyond by calling different stores across the US to find me the dress in the size and color I wanted. I am ecstatic with her service and my dress !!!! Thank you Tay
