I wanted to highlight the good service of an employee and one of the managers, if it weren't for them I would leave. A disaster of a Wei person, how can Guess have someone so inattentive to customers... I bought a lot of things, I almost left because it bothered her that my 6-year-old girl tried on an espadrille that was on display. Very arrogant, disgusting person!!! They should remove it. IT IS NOT FOR PUBLIC ATTENTION.

I am giving 1 star because of the manager. The employee was very helpful with our questions and very polite trying to help us. And this manager Wei I don’t know if I am spelling it right but he came storming to her in front of us to say we are training. Moving his fingers to point her and then to pointing himself and then said to me she is training and supposed to be at the register. Excuse me, that’s just not the way to treat your employees and it’s also not the proper way to offer help when they were already helping. You could have nicely ask. This is why retail is struggling to keep good employees. I will continue to go the Loop location.

I loved!! I didn't particularly know this place! I loved it because there are fewer people, everything is organized, there is more merchandise, you can look at it calmly and the service is excellent!!

I came to buy some black shoes, I found my size that I liked but I only took one... which if there was only one at the checkout... I don't understand how they put only one on the counter when paying, the cashiers must check that the sizes match. You lose a shoe... they didn't want to sell it to me because it was on sale, I paid for it anyway and brought it back... The super hateful, unprofessional manager shouldn't be there. … I paid for my sandals and I only took that one … there are no cameras, no one sees anything, such a well-known brand, how is it with so many flaws?

The store in general is good, they have beautiful things, but they do not comply with the schedule, they are supposed to open at 10:00 am and it is already 10:15 on December 30 and nothing is open

Beautiful store with very friendly staff however I couldn't really see anything I liked and found the collection quite boring. They had some sales going on but still pricey.

I love the clothing, shoes, watches, etc. Also, they have good prices. However, this store doesn’t honor their operation hours. I came to shop this store at 10:00 am and the store was not open at all. Still 10:51 am and nobody bother to open the store. The only time that I saw a employee opening the door was when a lady bring a Starbucks order and the employee close the doors again. I feel this is unfair for consumers. The store should have operations hour signage in the doors so consumers are aware of the opening and closing timeframes. With my management experience this is a red flag on why this store is losing sales due that few consumers came to shop and doors were closed. The upper management should look into this issue.
