The store is large and has a variety of items. However, customer service must improve, or hire personnel with some education... who attract sales, and not the other way around. A Venezuelan woman who was loaded with cash was very unpleasant, she practically threw the bags at me.

The worse customer service ever. They won't honor the military discount. The sales girl at the cash register was so rude she don’t know what she was doing , she keep calling (the manager) for help, finally another girl comes in and we thought she gone solve the issue but she didn’t she kept asking the same questions about exchanging the returned items with new sales, although told her about 4-5 times, no, it will be a separate transaction. I said ok cancel my transaction she said ok no problem, they rather lose $350 sale and move on, this is really bad service, so I walked out and they didn’t even care about losing a customer and business. Won't go back to this store.

The worse customer service ever ,they lost $560 sale because they won't honor 15% discount I have theybdidnt care about the transaction......the cashier she didn't know how to enter the discount code, she call for help , someone else came inn so rude . they didn't know what they are doing she goes its not working... .I said ok cancel my transaction she ok no problem..

The store has no restroom when I took my 5 years son to the outside restroom they refused to let me in and join my wife and the other kids I talked to manager she was so so so rudeP.S. I canceled a $1200 purchase and they didn’t care

The girl who helped me was very rude,I asked her for my size in shoes . I got 3 pairs,she put 2 next to me and practicly threw the 3rd pair at my husband. All he said was " I'll take those for her" . She brought out the wrong size for me when I asked for a different size in 2 pairs to try on for purchase . The manager got the right size in the second pair once I got to the register. Once I bought my shoes the cashier practicly threw my bags at me. She's very rude to my husband and I.

Tall guy cashier today, was extremely rude just by asking a question some shorts if they were included in the sale, i had ask him many about it , he just didnt want to check. Horrible service
