It's 7 pm they close at 9 pm, they say fitting rooms close 1 hour before closing time but they close the fitting rooms already and it seems they close them when eve they feel like it. The manager on duty is Heily.

What a poor experience in this store. One person on till, doing her best to get through the line of customers waiting to pay, which was growing by the minute. The guy who we assume was the manager approached the till to sort an issue. When asked by customers if he was opening more tills, mumbled some reply about no and walked off. Left the poor girl to stuggle on. A disgrace of a manager. Only gave one star for the person on till

Poor customer service. Queue was 8 deep, with only one person on the register. Customer asked if anyone else could step up to help out and were ignored. Poor attitude from male "worker".

DON'T GO ARROGANT, unfriendly and inflexible. We had a VIP coupon starting at $100, (on the Metto price) but our purchase came to $99.99 at the checkout. I wanted to forego a $3 wallet discount, the manager said no. I wanted to pay 1 cent extra, no. So, with so much arrogance, we decided not to sell, which the employee wasn't interested in.
