I was shopping for my husband’s birthday with him, I had already picked 4-5 pieces and the lady from the fitting room named Rosa started to yell at me and my husband at 6:09pm to not try anything more because she had to clean the area before closing, even though the store closes at 7pm. I was shocked because I was never so mistreated as a client in my life. I simply left all the clothes that I picked and left the store. This should never happen, there is so many people in need of work and we don’t need stores with employees so unhappy and rude because without the clients, they don’t have jobs.

I visited the store last week, arriving 20 minutes before closing time. I found the perfect pair of jeans but was denied the opportunity to try them on since it was 15 minutes before closing. When I spoke to the manager about this, I encountered an unwelcoming attitude. Oddly, the staff began conversing in Spanish, even though I don't speak the language—a pattern I noticed with other customers who appeared to be tourists. This was particularly frustrating for me as I'm not a local resident, making returns inconvenient. Due to the poor customer service, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Not sure of the prices .arrived at about 6 oclock as a family of 4.Told we had to wait outside.1 lady came out but they wouldnt let any of our party in to start browsing.Looked through the window and there were more staff than customers.Went straight next door to Calvin klein who were more than happy to let us in to spend money.

We were so excited to visit this Guess store from Canada. We saw the sign 50 percent of clearance the rep confirmed the shoes were 50 off. . When we went to check out it showed up 40 percent off and she called her manager who identified herself hesitantly as Zooli !! She was beyond rude and said I know the sign says that and I’ll remove it later but I can only offer u 40 percent off. I showed her the sign. Asked her to remove it and asked why her rep told me it’s correct and she said. “I told you no ! 40 is max and I’ll remove it later ! I have been a guess member from the beginning and always supported guess clothing. I don’t get the rudeness nor understand why she wouldn’t honour her own sign of at least take it down.

I arrived at 8:47 pm and they already had the band so as not to pass, a lady with short white hair told me that it was closed. when clearly the store closes at 9. I already knew what I was going to buy. It is outrageous. I know we all want to go home early and get paid for a few minutes we don't work.

Guees factory de orlando international mercaplay tienda # 3195 el manager dairon nos trató de una manera muy grosera y falta de respeto nos pidió de muy mala manera que nos fuéramos de la tienda es un maleducado, la marca debería contratar a personas más profesionales que representen la marca. dairon es un joven sin experiencia donde maltrata al personal y a los clientes.

Workers here are no help. They are stuck on their cell phones. So attached in fact it was hard for me to tell who worked here. No help offered in fitting room, Long wait at check out while workers chit chat and play on their phones.

I’m a former employee from this exact store and the experience was horrible! I never received my last paycheck and I FINALLY received it and it’s dated from 7/30/21 and it’s like really?! I can’t even cash the check and I’ve called corporate numerous times and nobody picks up the phone!! Like I don’t even know what to do and I hope this review reaches corporate seriously!!

Poor customer service at this location! Complete ly ignored by all FOUR employees while standing in line for check-out. I ended up leaving without my item after 10 minutes and when I expressed how poor they treated me, one employee (appeared to be manager) sarcastically said "have a nice day" I work in CC. Guess needs a training class and better example for staff!

Great deals service was standard
