Great customer service! I had the fortunate opportunity to be helped by the manager, S. Torres. She went above the call of duty and lead by example by assisting me in ways not seen by most of the people that work with and under her and even more so, above her. She assisted me in delivering the 100 boxes of inventory by literally picking up and moving boxes. Most won't see it or even hear of it, but if she can lead by example behind the scenes, I can imagine what type of leader she is when she is seen. Her store will thrive for having her as a leader there and so will her people. I would love to shop here and refer others here because of the experience I had with S. Torres.

Come here if you want to wait for 30 mins for check out, worst customer service, staff won’t care if you are waiting in line since long, they would simply smalltalk at the entrance.

The entry system is pointless. They don’t let people in even though the shop is empty. Upon entry they split my family in half which makes no sense. Above all staff are not friendly at all!

Clearly texting for Gigi is more important than her job. She left customers at register in the middle of checking out while there was a long line at the register. Multiple people left without purchasing the items there were in line to pay for due to this, including myself. I used to shop here a lot but never coming back. Make sure you have lots of time to waste standing in line if you come here. For Management you can pull video from 7/10 at 1:10pm
