Had the salesman out to give estimate and it was very close to others. I signed the estimate to schedule install and they were pretty responsive. After the install, I had several concerns with one of the down spouts, several scratches on the black gutters and my soffit was pretty banged up in two corners. I took some pictures to send to salesman, and called three times with no response. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist and still no response. I then called and left voicemail with office stating I wasn’t paying until the issues were fixed. I got a call back after a couple weeks stating a crew will be on site around 1pm. I asked if they can make it at 2pm so I can be there, and she said yes. At 12:15pm my security camera show the crew on ladder looking at gutters. I called the office to ask what was going on and she said “well I will just have them leave because this apparently isn’t going to fix the problem”. She then asked if we can reschedule and I was ok with that. Now I am waiting for call to reschedule.As long as they don’t want their $$, I am fine waiting.Service: Gutter installation

Here now wrong size facia wrong color guys say they speak no English and keep doing the Job won't call their boss. I say stop no good wrong size wrong color they say speak no English laugh and keep putting in the wrong stuff. I'm over seeing this job for my aunt in Ohio which they have a house located in Saint James city

We have been trying to reach Gutter King for WEEKS to fix the gutters they recently incorrectly installed. Multiple voicemails left with no call back. Terrible service.

Terrible service. Do not bid or hire. More communication and no-show problems than it’s worth. I have one gutter up in three weeks and not one call from the company despite my numerous attempts to get clarity on the schedule.

Gutter King Install gutter at Our house and we are very please with the results They came the day that of installation, on time they started working right away. They did an outstanding job and customer service is always available to answer any questions you may have. Keep up the Good work and thank you

i had a gutter installed on the rear of my home 11 years ago- The roof was 20'w x 76' long- Gutter king made the gutter and only used 2 DOWNSPOUTS telling me they were enough-- I questioned it- that's a lot of roof for only 2 downspouts and i was right- for 11 years the CLEAN gutters overflowed - I had a new roof put on and due to the gutters overflowing for so long most of the wood had to be replaced- BIG $$$$- I had a guy that does gutter work for a living and knows how gutters should be installed { Gutter king don't } repair my gutters and install the proper amount of downspouts- It poured last night and the gutter didn't overflow at all- Gutter king don't know what their doing- You won't be happy with their service.

Bid 3 different companies and Gutter King had the best pricing in addition to a better color selection for both the gutters and down spouts.Salesman and crew were very good. Just completed the job this past week so I’m still waiting for the next down pour.

This company is terrible thy broke more stuff on my house and yard then the gutters cost. They also said they would contact me about the damage and never did. Stay away from these people they are not worth the headache. They even left their tools behind.

Gutter King installed gutters all around. I was pleased until one of the gutters was accidentally damaged. It was then that a whole bunch of water poured out of the opposite end of the downspout. Hence, I inspected to find a bow in the middle which caused the water to pool on one end. Set a date to repair, but no call no show on the scheduled day. Then a few days later they came to fix it and totally botched the job. Horrible craftsmanship and the water still pools. Then I found that a different gutter was leaking. I reported my findings and they were scheduled to fix it. AGAIN, no call no show. Unbelievable.

Called Gutter King to get an estimate for gutter/downspout repairs. The guy came out on November 10th and I was told "as soon as I get to the office I will send you the quote". Today is November 24th, never received the estimate! Too busy or just forgot? Needless to say, I called someone else and repairs were done! Very disappointed with Gutter King. It is definitely not something I expected.

Called Gutter King on the recommendation of a friend who in the construction business. Gave them the opportunity to place gutters on two houses. They placed the gutters in and all was well, until after heavy rain I noticed that the gutters near my front door were inverted. Because the gutters were under warranty I called the owner Ryan Tone and he stated that he would come to the house to fix. (This operation wouls take probably several minutes to fix.) This call was made several weeks ago and have not heard anything from Ryan Tone since. Very poor follow up service. Will call BBB.

Gutter King's quote was very competitive and thorough. The 2 man crew was professional and very hardworking. However, a few of the corner gutter seams leaked, there were six plus spots that had splintered wood from where the screws missed and a valley ridge was not installed. It took a few weeks but ultimately the manager Ryan came out with a crew and made the job right. I wish the job was done correctly the first time around, but Ryan certainly did everything to my satisfaction.

Poor communication, three weeks guys never did the job showed up on a Friday at 3 saw it was going to be difficult and left. Had to hassle them to get project manager out to only have him not confirm re-schedule after I removed old gutter for them that was a issue. I WOULDNT recommend this company! Went with a different company who was prompt and was able to do the job.
