Overall, I love it. I was a member years ago, and now again recently. It's a no-frills gym. You go there, people are working out, you work out, and leave. I for one am happy the staff doesn't bother me. I don't care for friendlies and whatnot. I'm here to work out. The equipment is everything one should need for full workouts.One thing: Can you guys clean that men's locker room? It's... quite disgusting. One of the urinals was stopped up with what looked like thick vomit about a month ago. It's been sealed off with a plastic bag since. The ceilings are water-stained and it smells of staleness and mold. I'm sure others have raised this issue, so I'm assuming there are plans to fix this soon.

For starters, gym is under construction fyi. No big deal for me as I see the potential and know once they finish it's going to be super nice. Came to try this gym as it's closer to my house and was greeted by a rude employee who honestly did not make me feel welcomed. I felt like a bother. Everyone has bad days so I didn't think too much of it. Came in a different week and received the same attitude and non welcoming energy from same guy at front desk. I will not be coming again. Not the kind of energy I'm willing to PAY for. I can deal with under construction gym but not rude people whom my money essentially pays for.

Gym has pretty solid equipment but the workers don't do anything, the place is super dirty and they never clean any of the floors, equipment or anything in the bathroom

Absolutely love this gym. Came for two days and the front desk people were cool to speak to about the gym. The place is a great combination of bodybuilding and powerlifting. The new equipment they got obviously shows their investment into the gym and I can’t wait to be a future member when I’m in the Orlando area. The new equipment is great and the location plus open format makes it feel homey. The powerlifting section has all the equipment you need and space.

You can tell that the owners really care about this gym and its members! Highly recommend getting a membership here! They are continuously investing to bring us new equipment and amenities.

One of the best gyms in downtown.Really well equipped.Never too busy where you can’t use the equipment.Really friendly staff.And it’s just a cool vibe.I recommend this gym absolutely

Phenomenal gym! Great equipment and great staff! Preston is amazing! I almost gave a four rating because the random group that takes over the dumbbell room on Thursday morning truly inconveniences my workout. Other than that, the gym is perfect.

I I love this facility! Hands down one of the best in the area. Great equipment gives you that old-school vibe, and it's not crowded like these commercial gyms. The owner and staff members are friendly. I highly recommend this gym.
