I rented a property in one year, the delivery was perfect, they stole my deposit, they kept 75%, they are thieves.
A cleaning $600 when it was delivered super clean and others that I did not expect thieves I filed a complaint and took photos and did not achieve anything DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY

It is a terrible company, they want to deduct from the deposit everything they can think of and at the same time with exaggerated prices. Abusive cheaters don't give answers. Terrible service and poor communication, the agent who assisted me Jessica Martínez was terrible, she did not speak clearly and lied. Opportunists

They are unprofessional, unprepared, terrible at communicating. If you need maintenance it's a nightmare. Their inspection is a bad joke. I had a terrible experience and I don't recommend it to anyone, run away from them

Worst company ever I lived in the unit for 3 years before I moved in i started my lease with another company that sold to Hampton and Hampton I moved into the unit with a lot of problems and managed to fix most of the issues when I made a maintenance request with Hampton and Hampton nothing was ever fixed before I moved out I requested a walk though with Jessica Martinez and was denied stating they don’t have to do a walk though I can take my own photos before leaving the unit. I also spoke to her about what else needed to be done to get my security deposit back painted and all just to get told they smelled smoke in my unit when I didn’t smoke in my unit also got told that I didn’t replace lights when I did when I tell you this company will lie and lie and lie just to keep your money I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I painted the unit before moving out, replaced all the blinds that were broken when I moved in and have proof of that. Brought concrete for my washer and dryer to sit on, replaced the fence that was messed up from the hurricane we had 2 years ago. I did have my kids lock their self in their room and had to break down the door which I was told I wouldn’t be charged for but guess what I was. My bathtub was leaking for months when I put an order in with it stating mold they finally came out and told me that the flooring was messed up due to the water damage but they still managed to find a way to charge me for other stuff that most landlords would consider wear and tair. RUN FAR FAR AWAY LIVE IN A HOTEL BEFORE YOU RENT FROM THIS SORRY BEHIND COMPANY. ALL THEY GONE DO IS STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT FIX ANYTHING.

Dear Hampton and Hampton, I am writing to express my concern about a recent interaction with one of your employees (Jessica Martinez) and to address an ongoing maintenance issue in my unit that requires immediate attention. During a phone call to follow up on a maintenance request for mold and water damage caused by a broken AC unit, the employee I spoke with was exceptionally rude. She repeatedly talked over me, prevented me from voicing my concerns, and concluded the call by hanging up on me. Her explanation that the issue stemmed from a previous employee not closing the work order did not address my problem and felt like an excuse rather than a solution. I am extremely disappointed by this unprofessional behavior, especially given the severity of the situation. The mold and water damage remain unresolved since my initial report, which has created unhealthy living conditions in my unit. I request that you address this matter urgently by sending a technician to fix the mold and water damage without further delay. Additionally, I urge you to take appropriate steps to improve the quality of customer service to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

The receptionist is VERY rude, I really want to make sure someone knows about that, she treated me SUPER badly and even when I tried to talk to her normally despite her bad attitude she was unable to treat me as if I were a human being. I'm sorry to leave this bad review but someone has to be informed of the lack of respect and bad attitude the receptionist has.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! The WORST experience I have had renting a house in this country.When they showed us the house, the house had details, first that it was DIRTY, the realtor who showed it to us, named Christopher, told us that the owner was renting it that way and because of the rush we had, we accepted. We cleaned the house, when we moved in I told the realtor that the windows of THE ROOMS had strip blinds and that they needed strips and to others practically all the blinds. To which he answers, YOU ALREADY RENTED like this, if you are going to make any changes it is at your own expense, theThe bathtub faucet was broken, and I asked him to change it to which he told me the same thing "you already rented like that, it's on you." In the middle of the year in the middle of SUMMER the air conditioning in our house broke down and they had a week to give us a response “because the owner was trying to get the quote that was most convenient for him”, without caring how unbearable it is to be without air conditioning in Florida in summer.The garden of the house was abandoned, we also asked if they could fix it and they told us it was on us. They wanted practically everything to come out of our expense.We were super responsible tenants with payment, we never had any delay in payment. So much so that when we handed over the house because it was not worth what we were paying for a house that had been abandoned, they offered to keep us the rent and fix all the things that we asked to be fixed from the beginning (CURTAINS, TAP AND GARDEN) were super insistent and yet we didn't want to because of the bad service they always gave us.Finally, when they returned the DEPOSIT of $2,225 dollars that we had given, we were surprised that they had kept $1,200 of our deposit. They charged us 250 for cleaning a house that was clean when we delivered it, but was NOT clean when we received it, 475 for having opened holes in the wall to hang the televisions (which were also repaired) $250 for cleaning the house the patio that was NOT clean when they were not delivered but that we did clean when we left and so on.We delivered the house on November 28, 2023 and received what they wanted from the deposit on January 29, 2024, two months for them to deliver less than half of whatthat you paidTake good care of your money, and if you decide to rent with these people, know that you are going to lose your deposit and you are going to receive the WORST treatment from everyone. Because even the people who work in the office are rude and disrespectful.

This place messed up my credit ,put an eviction on my name ,they wouldn't fixed any problems I complained about ,all they wanted was the money ,I'm a single father of 6 kids ,these people didn't care about putting me and my children out
