Not helpful if you are not a current patient. Would not fill my prescription because I was a new patient. My medication was not available through other pharmacies, so my doctor sent my prescription to Harrison's because she said her other patients received great service there. When I called about my prescription they told me "I don't know how we even got your prescription. You're not a current patient. We will fill our current patients' prescriptions before yours. Call back in a month." When I asked them to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy(as my doctor asked me to do since they would not fill it), they said they could not and then cancelled my prescriptions and told me to tell my doctor to send new prescriptions to another pharmacy. Do not expect any help or service from Harrison's unless you are a current patient. Apparently they are not accepting new patients. I was willing to become a customer and make Harrison's my new pharmacy, but they wouldn't give me the chance.

Love this local pharmacy. Gotta support local businesses. We’ve been with them for over 5 years, such a great experience, even with the change in ownership

It is good to see that an independent pharmacy like Harrison's Pharmacy has survived in a world where national pharmacy chains like Walgreen's and CVS have become the norm.Harrison's Pharmacy is located in the Dover shopping plaza on Curry Ford Road. If you are unfamiliar with this shopping plaza, it is the shopping plaza where Clemons Produce and the Daybreak Diner are located. Harrison's Pharmacy is next to the Daybreak Diner and a few doors down from Clemons Produce. The staff at Harrison's Pharmacy are friendly and professional.Again, it is good to see an independent Pharmacy surviving in a world that is definitely leaning more towards corporate monoliths. Harrison's Pharmacy is a glimpse into what yesterday was like. When I was a kid growing up in new jersey, we had a place called Phelp's Pharmacy and the owner knew us all and his son worked there. He was definitely a part of our community. I can't get that same vibe from a Walgreens or a CVS. Harrison's Pharmacy is definitely a part of this community. For that alone, they earn five stores. For their great customer service, they should earn more than five stars.

Great customer service and incredibly personable employees. With my insurance (Florida Blue) my meds are actually cheaper here than at CVS or Walgreens or Publix. They remember who you are and are always friendly and courteous. Great, convenient location too!

I have gone to Harrison for 20 years but since they now have a absent owner..if there is a problem..so sad.Sarah will not let you contact the owner. His name is supposed to be Harry. Told me he worked at the other store and would call me... didn't..after a week went in to pickup a RX she told me he would only call when he was in that store because he doesn't want anyone to know any phone numbers? Service and emplyees have changed. Does anyone know of a good independent pharmacy?

(UPDATE 8/21) Bought 2 Nature’s Truth essential oils: Eucalyptus and Lavender each $5.59. About 3-5 months ago, I bought the Nature’s Truth mini diffuser plug-in for $14.29. So far still works and I enjoy it for work, de-stressing, and anytime I just want to relax with a spa-like feeling. The 3 workers/owners who were there were friendly and asked if I am looking for anything in particular. I like coming here because it’s less crowded and they are locally owned business.Call them if you’re looking for something specific. They sell hand sanitizers. Like most places rubbing alcohol is still short to out of stock, but you can still find your other basic essentials for like first-aid, dental hygiene. I’ve seen other things like medical equipment—just call them and ask.Few months ago, I’ve bought a Kleenex tissue box, OralB floss, Sambucol elderberry tablets, and Emergen-C packets.—————————During this Co-vid 19 pandemic, I did not find rubbing alcohol but I did remember friendly customer service here. I recommend calling the store first to see if they have a specific product you need.

I used Harrison's Pharmacy a few times over the years and they were always helpful! Then, I couldn't find my meds at over six locations of the big brand name pharmacies. As a last ditch effort, I went to Harrison's . I was pleasantly surprised that they had my medication. Mr Harrison saw I was extremely ill and he got my prescription ready faster than I could imagine, and informed me on how to take it to best get me to feeling better the fastest way. I was just so exhausted and he was comforting and encouraging. Now, I won't go anywhere else! It makes me extremely upset when the Dr@ a new Dr's office just sends it to my nemesis in pharmacies, which I won't even mention their name because they feel like being lazy!Mr Harrison's pharmacy is the only place for and my family! An added plus is they are quick, nice, always have my meds , and even special order a medicine I prefer to take! You can't go wrong and we are supporting a local business! The Manfredi's
