I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Nick at Hermes, and I must say, his service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked into the store, Nick was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. What sets Nick apart is his vast knowledge of Hermes products. He was able to provide detailed information and answer all my questions with confidence, which made my shopping experience not only enjoyable but also informative. Nick's dedication to providing exceptional service is truly unmatched. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I left the store completely satisfied with my purchase. I also want to mention that all the sales associates I have crossed paths with at Hermes have been amazing. The manager, Jess, is particularly sweet and ensures that the store maintains a welcoming and professional atmosphere. I cannot recommend Nick and the entire Hermes team highly enough. The Hermes store at Orlando is just amazing and is the best store that we have ever been to. The most important reason is because of Jonny. He is always friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond for his clients. I had no experiences or knowledge of what luxury goods are but Jonny would always explain them to me patiently. He has a great sense of style and can quickly figure out what items would fit us. He would also alert us of potential items.Jonny has welcomed us to the store and treated us like family. For example, he has introduced us to Jess, the store manager (sorry if I messed up your official title) and every time I am there, Jess will come join us for a wonderful and insightful conversation. A trip here is always fun and we ended up laughing the whole time. On top of this, I know that all of the items we purchased at the Hermes store are top notch in qualities and in aesthetics.The truth is that I don’t feel like I’m a client but rather a part of their Orlando Hermes family.Thank you Jonny for everything that you do for us.

I went into Hermes today to have a bag sent out to be repaired. Sabrina helped me. She was warm and welcoming when I entered the store. She remembered me from the last visit. Customer Service at Hermes makes me only want to shop there when looking for gifts.

Hermes. The last truly quality hand made fashion house. Shopping at the millenia mall Hermes location is a luxury experience at its finest and the entire team is always so kind and welcoming. Our sales associate, Sabrina, is an absolute joy to work with. She showers us with her undivided attention and fully understands our style and taste. Sabrina knows how to deliver a true luxury experience while at the same time never coming across stuffy or pretentious. We have never had so much fun shopping. We always look forward to seeing Sabrina.

Im surprised I got to experience the worst customer service at stores like Hermes. Jonathan to be specific, he was unfriendly, unprofessional and he had some nasty attitudes. So sad for stores like Hermes hired people like this. Should learn from Gucci

Selected a fragrance for my wife, the sales clerk gave me the wrong one. My wife tried it and immediately recognized it was the wrong one. I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager Lee and was told I can come to exchange the item even though it was already opened. Got there and was told I could not exchange because it was opened. Very poor and misleading customer service.

I went into this Hermès location on Jan. 21st and can confidently say I didn’t not expect to be treated so poorly. I had to go up to a sales associate to be noticed (which should not happen) but that aside I asked her if she could provide me more information about Hermès’ repair process as I have a Kelly 32 that needs minor work. She rudely said she cannot assist me and I just need to send my bag to Paris for months and then they will send me a quote for the repair work. I offered to show her a photo of the one part with signs of wear and she said “don’t show it to me, I can’t look at it and can’t give you any advice. I’m not going to repair it.” I am disappointed to say the least. This is my first Hermès bag and will be my last. The brand doesn’t always equal quality. I could’ve had a nicer experience at Sears.

The first day I walked into the Hermes store located at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Florida, I was lucky to meet the vibrant and kind Sabrina. She always makes me feel like I am the most important person in the store. She can be counted on to have a smile on her face and a positive attitude. As a client for several years, I have watched Sabrina and the entire Orlando staff treat each client with respect and kindness (even when the client was being openly rude). My children always compare other shopping experiences with how our family is treated by the Orlando Hermes staff and especially Sabrina. Thank you to the Orlando Hermes team for like making us feel like part of the family each time we visit!

Visiting Hermes in Millenia Mall was an exceptional experience . The store's ambiance exudes elegance and sophistication, setting the stage for a luxurious shopping experience. The staffs were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and deliver world class customer service. To be specific, Jelena and the new manager Jessica are both phenomenal.Overall, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. It's clear that this store is committed to providing a luxury experience that goes above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this luxury store to anyone looking for a truly luxurious shopping experience.

We have absolutely adored our experiences at Hermes! We were shocked by how warm and welcoming every team member has been. They’ve made us fall in love with the brand and do almost all of our luxury shopping with them solely due to their phenomenal product and exceptional customer service. Special shout-out to Sabrina who always takes the best care of us. She is a true gem in the industry and if you are looking for a sales associate that will make you feel like family-she’s the one for you!

Stopped by on a Saturday to view some leather accessories. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, we left. Numerous SAs were standing around and walking by without offering help. Went to Louis Vuitton, where we were greeted and helped immediately. I ended up purchasing from Louis Vuitton. Luxury is more than just the product; it's the entire experience. Considering this Hermès location in Orlando, off Conroy, across the street from an Ikea, we were expecting a more inviting and welcoming experience, but this was anything but 'luxury.' It makes me wonder if this experience is reflective of the brand or just an off day for the team
