Brian Pope was SUPER! EXCELLENT customer service. He really worked hard to get us an upgrade from the car the insurance company had to offer. The store was a little dumpy, but who cares - you only go there once. Besides, it is the service and cars that count.

I canāt recommend this Hertz location enough! Every experience Iāve had has been absolutely seamless. Brian and Finlay are always incredibly helpful, professional, and quick, making the whole process stress-free from start to finish. What I love most is the consistent quality of the cars. They are always clean, reliable, and a joy to drive. No matter what I rent, I know Iām getting a vehicle that feels brand new. Itās rare to find a service thatās this dependable and customer-focused, but they truly go above and beyond every time. Iāll definitely continue coming back!

The car I had booked was not available which I was told about at 5pm the night before which caused a lot of stress.
Finley was amazing at getting me in to an almost comparable car which I was able to work with.
Finley was very apologetic but the issue was due to a previous customer not returning the keys.
Pick up and drop off was easy and I will definitely use this location again if I need to rent a car.

Good attention. Friendly employees and good customer service skills. This location had a small amount of vehicles and just a couple of employees. They promptly assisted and provided a solution to my vehicle replacement.

Very bad staff service! I got a car already reserved online, when I went to the store to pick up my car the manager said they didn't have anything, and he was very rude and arrogant; he didnāt show the slightest bit of courtesy when dealing with us. He basically told me he didnāt care, so why work with the public? Go find another job.

Picked the car up and it was reeking of weed, the staff clearly didnāt clean the car before renting it out. When I returned the vehicle they charged me for fuel even though I filled it up to the same level as I got it. Stay away from this scamming company and this shady branch

This location is very accommodating with the EV Manager Special and has overall excellent customer service. Thanks Fin, way to set the standard!!
