Very bad experience, their offices leave a lot to be desired, no wifi, no restroom, they do not have any indication that indicates where they serve. On top of that, they don't have a photo of the license, nor do they accept any credit card, they didn't have the car I had reserved. So they chose to give me a Tesla that was 60% charged. Additionally, they charged me for insurance that I did not accept, with the promise that it would be reimbursed upon its return, which they ignored. Finally, I left a laptop inside the car and so far they have not given me a response. Too bad, I will never rent a car from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I went to pick up the car even though there were no one in front of me, the two guys in there just left me standing outside for 30mins+ as the just chatted it up with each other. They supportedly couldn't find the car I reserved and decided to give me a different one with an up charge. The car they gave me is a refurbished car from the 90s with no auto lock, no bluetooth, has MANY scratches, dirty, you still have to manually adjust the chairs. The car makes a strange sound when I drive it and trembles when I reach certain speed. This car is unsafe.

I did not get to rent a vehicle using Hertz because they do not accept certain credit cards. This was my first experience with Hertz; I have rented from many other companies and have had no issue with my method of payment. Be mindful if you are planning to use a Chime credit builder card or similar because they do not accept these types. They also failed to provide this information in their waiting area, in the booking info online or in their advertisements online - so I had no idea before I got there. This resulted in a waste of time and money on my part. This was the only issue I had at this location. The gentleman who assisted me had good customer service and was honestly trying to help. Thanks to him for helping make an unpleasant situation not so terrible.

At first everyone seemed friendly and caring. Was involved in a wreck and no other rentals available in the area. Went to pick up a vehicle, all they had was a Kia Kona or he upsold me on a Tesla for 5 dollars more. My car was only suppose to take 3 days to fix so I opted For for the Tesla. I came In 3 days later as my car was extended and was told they had no car to switch me to, and to come back on Wednesday each time I had Gone they had a full lobby. The phone line also was. Not working so I would Call and ask the hertz corporate office and they said as well the line would disconnect. I went that wedsday and several more times even before I left For a weekend to San Francisco and informed them I would be. I was Told that if I turned in the car they would not be able to guarantee that they would have one available for me to pick up upon my return as they are again out of cars. My car ended up taking almost a month to be repaired, and $6 a day adds up. I called my insurance who said that if they do not have a car available to me then I would Not be paying the upgrade fee. I called The hertz they confirmed. When I returned the car the story changed, claiming they had cars and didn’t matter which employee because it was the manager and his female worker that both said they had no cars and no staff to help with the busy lobby everytime I went. So it seems rather then have me in the lobby to switch cars they either told me that to shut me up or make additional money since the insurance was paying for the base price. I would Boy trust this location to handle your case as they seem to manipulate customers. And take advantage of people on tight spots who need a car as I travel For work from location to location. And could not go without.

I will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future. No communication with the Ford dealership they partner with. Every time I've had to pick a rental something is wrong. Completely understaffed, long wait times. no customer service. The last time and final time I used them, they were supposed to refund the deposit after the car was returned, and they did not. Tried to complain in person but the wait was over an hour. No one picks up the phone , and no way to leave a message. Finally just had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.If you value your time and money, absolutely avoid this place.

The place is located in the very back of Sun State Ford, behind the collision center. Which I completely missed and Google maps completely took me to the wrong location several times so I got there late, when the reservation was at 5pm, and they also close at 5pm. The guys looked at me and said "sorry we're closed." I practically begged, because I needed this vehicle to go to work for the next week, and all the vehicles were sold out being July 4th weekend. However, out of the kindness of his heart, Brian took it upon himself to help me out, when he really didn't need to, and I am ever so grateful!! He truly went above and beyond, when he didn't have to! I don't have words for appreciation I have, because in this day and age, it's really rare to find this level of service.Excellent service, professionalism, and the vehicle was great too. Even returning the vehicle, though it was a little hectic, it was still a quick process once I was able to get some assistance. Just a heads up, it is a busy location and only two guys working here, so it can take a minute before you get assistance.

Both Byron and Jamal made the harrowing experience of renting a car easy. They were great. Using AAA to get an online discount was great. Driving the Nissan Versa was not. The second newer model Nissan I've been in recently and both rides were dreadful. I told Jamal, "It's not his fault. He didn't build the car."
