THIS IS NO LONGER A HERTZ LOCATION. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We missed our connecting train bc this is no actual Hertz here. Our receipt says return location “Downtown Orlando, HLE” but when you type that into a navigation app like Google Maps, this location shows up. We went to return our car there and there is no Hertz! The person working at the Toyota car dealership that is there gave us the address of a Hertz car sales and they told us to drop it off at the airport. By the time we did all that we missed our connecting train which was 2 first class tickets to Savannah Georiga. I am at the airport location now trying to get a car so I can drive to Savannah. They said they’ll credit it partially but it’s still going to be about $100. The guy at the counter is telling me to call my credit card company to see if they can refund me the $800 train tickets to which they replied “ only if there was an accident or a sickness” and the Hertz attendant tells me to said that I’m sick…… hope to get some compensation but I’ve been here for an hour and still haven’t seen the manager.

Toyota paid for a car here couple of weeks ago. It was average. This time a third party was covering the cost of the car. I got a Jeep Renegade. It was not a good car and it’s smelled like someone had been living in it. Go check the car that they want to give you before accepting it…or suffer like I did…

Single worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. The only employee there tried to flat out deny me the vehicle I already reserved and paid for because I am in the military. She refused to recognize multiple state and federal IDs, including two from the state of Florida. She was also completely unwilling to exercise and problem solving ability, I had to force her to call the manager, who eventually brought some common sense to the situation. I then spent the rest of my vacation going back and forth with management via email because they charged me more than double the rate that I was quoted. This location incompetent at best, and fraudulent at worst.

Douglas Fialco, an agent at this location, assured me there will be a car for my reservation. There was no car...I was traveling with a child and took an uber to this place. Don't waste your time and energy on this place.

Don't rent here. You pay IN ADVANCE then get here and they say sorry NO CAR. And since you pay in advance they LOCK UP THE MONEY when in good faith you pay ahead of time. Then in another language they gather, knowing you don't speak ot and say if I want to PAY MORE they can get a different car.I ordered the "dealers choice" so no particular car then they say there is no manager, nothing they can do... just pay more or they still hold your money and no carWhat a rip off.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My husband rented & returned a car on December 17th 2023. Hertz charged my husband $363 deposit. Hertz got paid on December 18th for $202. Hertz left the deposit on my husband's account! The Vineland location on Toyota Orlando kept lying to my husband about why the deposit was still pending on his account. 3 overdraft fees later, the deposit didn't drop off. His bank had released it on January 25th, 2024!! NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THSES PEOPLE AGAIN. Just kept telling my husband blatant lies & refused to give the overdraft fees back that their business caused even after he gave them documentation several times.

So I was on the phone with someone from customer service named Susan trying to figure out why I owe tolls for a car that I put on my SunPass. She rudely hung up on me so just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know! Thanks Susan for your garbage service :)

We booked a car in this location but there were no cars available. Instead of saying that to us right away they made us wait for two hours. We had to Uber to a different location.Very incompetent people working there.

Horrible representative that helped us. Gave us inaccurate information. Made us believe we were paying upfront and not just a credit hold.

People here don't need our business, lack of customer service and there are not able to resolve a problem. Stay out of this place.
