Poor service and unhappy employees. I think they are understaffed and forced to work in a space not quite large enough for the amount of workload. There was a long line of us waiting before they even opened… which is another problem. They ran out of cars while people were still waiting. Luckily I was able to get the second to last vehicle, but it was nothing comperable to my new SUV that is in need of Recall and warranty repais. My new vehicle stopped working twice in a month. The second time I went directly to the nearest Chrysler service shop, which happpens to be Greenway, where I originally purchased my SUV. They don’t do loaner cars and instead sent me to Hertz next door at the Greenway Ford dealership. Long line. My vehicle won’t be ready for 2 1/2 weeks because delay in parts and apparently Chrysler doesn’t know what is causing the problem on their vehicles and only agrees to pay 5 days of rental. The rest of the time I am responsible for the costs and will be reimbursed up to $75/day. I cannot reach Hertz to assist in getting me into a vehicle comparable to the one I own and this location is significantly more expensive than if I were to go to another Hertz location. Additionally, I am unable to look up or change my reservation online because apparently this location operates under a different system. Why use the Hertz brand? This is stupid

This location services the Ford Dealer on site. The rental vehicle expense was covered under my Ford premium care extended warranty while my vehicle was being repaired. The rental vehicle was new and clean. Due to the volume of customers in the morning, you may have to wait on a list. Be sure you use the sign-in sheet if there are other customers waiting.

The administrator's attention leaves a lot to be desired. They didn't have the vehicle I had rented from the Hertz app and the answer is that I had to pay an additional US$15 per day because they only had huge vehicles. Zero solutions, their answer was simple, either cancel the additional value or contact the company's hotline. Everything is very bad, even the support line has no solutions, only additional charges.The administrator's attention leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid! Demand a different provider if you are in for repairs at Greenway. Worst Hertz in US! Randomly charge for things you weren’t supposed to be charged for. Zero help in the office. Refer to a phone number with crazy wait times and no resolution after all. Avoid this place to save $$$!

I wish i had the option to select "0." I had warranty service at Greenway Dodge and was provided a rental. The wait was over an hour and there were five people ahead of me. Three of waiting customers just gave up and left. So effectively, it took three employees to rent three cars in over an hour. When they went to "pull the car around," they would disappear for 20+ minutes. No sense of urgency. They acted as if we had interrupted their mid morning nap.

They have nearly no selection of cars, berry inconvenient hours of operation, the employees are rude and inexperienced, and I had to ask two Ford employees where to find it because there was no signage. I called to find out what cars they have in the class I’m looking for and somehow within a few hours, they were out of all of them but one. Unfortunately my insurance company set up the reservation and I don’t have a choice where I go.Update: the only full size that they had was malfunctioning, so they switched me to another class of vehicle.

If I could give 0 starts I would, such a terrible experience. Pearla, the manager there does not have a professional or courteous bone in her body! She continues to say she will call me back and never does!! My rental vehicle went dead and stalled during my reservation, I did not make it to my destination; ruining my Xmas. I left a survey regarding the experience, and since then every time I connect with Pearla she gives me the run around regarding my refund! Why am I being charged for a vehicle that was not drivable? It has now almost been 2 months and still no refund, at one point I got tired of calling and once I did finally reach out again, Pearla gave me the same story of reaching back out, subsequently dismissing my issue as if she didn’t recall. I also dealt with her while picking up the rental as well, they had no car seats at that location even after calling them and confirming 10x they had them on hand, she suggested I leave my 16th mo old buckled in the back seat instead! After much disdain from that initial comment, she agreed to make me wait 3 whole HOURS while they picked up a car seat from the Sanford location; mind you there’s hardly any standing room inside their office, it seems they’re working out of a storage closet (you can only imagine having to squeeze in between other customers with a baby in tow. No surprise, the rental also smelled like smoke; I made sure to notate this so they would not charge me extra. Very disappointed my baby had to inhale those fumes. This was all before the car battery died on me, as you can see the experience after was coincidentally worse! Ironically, corporate has no access to the local hertz’s notes or escalation path, as I attempted to go hire up for a resolution, they were equally as unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with hertz, if you must, make sure it is not this location!

Would be no stars if I could. Rented and prepaid a vehicle from here for my son in orlando (don't live there). Picked up the vehicle and the repair on his was done one week earlier. I called the shop and was told that "sure, you can bring it back earlier and get your week refunded" LITERALLY. Took vehicle back handed in keys, no one said anything. He waited 10 minutes there for UBER no one said anything. Went back to the rental cause left something inside no one said anything. Then after he took a $60 UBER back to the repair shop to pick up his car, a woman called to ask why he dropped the car off because they don't refund on prepaid rentals. WHAT?? Very rude and uncooperative staff - no understanding whatsoever. Don't use them!!

I went here for an insurance replacement. I chose it due to the fact that I was a Goldmember but I did not receive Goldmember service. My vehicle that was damaged was a 2020 full-size sedan. I received a vehicle that look like it was from an auction it was scratched up and was compact size, I did complain about this and got it situated. After waiting over 30 minutes the vehicle that was given to me was still dirty with trash in the armrest the entire time I had the vehicle, the tire lights were on.

Terrible service. I reserved a rental and Ubered my parents to go pick up their rental. When they got there to pick up the rental the agent said there was no rentals available. They didn’t even have transportation back to the house or to another agency because I was in a work meeting. CAMERON was very rude to them. He didn’t even apologize for the company not having a car available when I was able to reserve and enter my card number info into their system. I would never rent from this location again. I would advise to get agents more custom service oriented who know how to communicate effectively and with understanding and empathy.

Car was filthy inside and out, waited over an hour for them to "pull the car around". It's not mis-managed, it's just not managed at all. The workers have you sign in while they look at social media on their phones. No one gives any cares.

Reserved a car 24 hours ago for pickup. Not ready when there and waited over an hour and a half for a car. Requested a smoke free car and got a car that reeked. Staff not accommodating and did not solve problem. Left without a rental car and very unhappy. Can't get a hold of anyone and was given a business card with a wrong number. Avoid at all costs.
