Basically returned the car at this location.
The rental station is a bit hard to find, it’s on the backside of the Hilton hotel… better to access via the parking garage on the Tradeshow blvd.
Rental office is also located in the building few stairs up, and just besides the parking garage. It’s also a bit hard to find, as there are no clear signs.
Anyways, once identified, it was quite smooth.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. More interested in a tip than actually doing their job. Didn’t give us the pass to get out if the car park and weren’t at the desk. Rang the assistance number 15 times no answer, they did t return to the desk for over an hour…. Ruin our day, terrible service!!!

Worst location to rent from. Employees are very rude and would not help me.
I needed a trade to go to Miami and the lady working there wouldn’t help. First she told me there’s no cars available which I could clearly see they had their lot full of cars.
The employee her self was driving a rental SUV saying it’s her own and lied.
After waiting she tells me that she can offer a car which wasn’t clean.
Wasted my time going there.
Showed online they had options to choose the car but the employee would still not give it.
So far I’ve had the worst experience with Hertz and Thrifty. Never RENTING from Herz and its branches again. I would rent from Enterprise who treats me better and like a loyal customer

I had a previous reservation to pick up here and unfortunately the location was closed before 4 PM. They left the restaurant there. No many options really please double check again with them their real operation hours

If I could give this a zero I would
Never ever ever rent from here. Reservation was made online which said available for pickup. No one at the counter for an hour no cars available nothing at all. Wasted my money to get there wasted my time and my life
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to rent a car.

The care person at the drop-off location Hilton International Drive, Orlando, FL was very irresponsible. He purposely indicated that he was busy and will send the bill via email and tried to update the system as though the car was returned late and charged a late fee. When called and confronted, he agreed to amend but only did so for the return date and time. He did not remove the late fee. Subsequent calls were totally ignored as he knew my mobile number and moreover there is no voice mail setup on the local number to leave a message. I find this as a disgusting practice and I have decided to not use this Hertz site in the future, even tough this is the closest to my residence!

It seems Hertz are the only mainstream rental car company still able to supply proper US muscle cars, Had a lovely V8 Shelby Mustang which as someone from the UK was a dream to have on my vacation to Orlando! Straightforward pick up from the airport gold counter, a few issues with the return at Hilton and invoice but all resolved via email to customer services. Please keep supplying the V8 models and I'll definitely be returning again soon!

If I could give less than zero stars I would.
I arrived at 6001 Destination Pkwy to pick up a car I reserved at my scheduled reservation time. NO Hertz employee was available to provide my rental when I got there. I waited 45 minutes for them to show up, called the number that was posted on the desk, and it went to a full VM. On top of that, they took my money and didn’t refund it for almost a month. I had to get my bank involved and fill out a fraud report before they gave me back the money for the car I never got! I also lost the money I used ubering to Hertz and back to pick up the car that I never received. Total waste of time and money, and their customer service is absolutely terrible.

You book a car, you come here and they tell you that the car is not available. They just tell you to go to airport as there's a lot of cara available.

We rented a car to travel from DC to Orlando, FL and drop off the car today at this location.
It was hard to find the location, but we just left the keys and that's it (as simple as that). It was a firsth experience with Hertz and we liked it.
Only one thing that I would add - it's the confirmation of taking a key by the front desk in order to be sure that the rental is now on the checking stage. This way I'll be sure that I won't be charged for dropping off later than planned time.

Terrible experience - nowhere near enough staff at the desk. Serving gold members continuously, leaving the other service users to wait more than 2 hours!!! (and I was 2nd in the line)
I left without being served or a vehicle, intending to return the next day.
There was no customer service on the phone. When I did get through, a recording claimed the service was not set up!
I will never use Hertz again, & certainly do not recommend anyone do so!
