My husband rented a car at this location for a work trip. When we arrived the place was abandoned. When we called costumer service she claimed it was his company's website that was not updated. Found that to make no sense since we can a confirmation number that was emailed from Hertz. We were was no solution to fix. We were left to figure it out on our own.

CLOSED! Still listing as open, and none of their published numbers are connecting. Simply going straight to voicemail. This is very upsetting, as I had a very important Father's Day reservation. A convertible for the day. Well, that didn't happen. No signs or anything at location. Very upsetting.

On 02/21 I rented a car at the Orlando Airport, and I had to add a baby seat for my little daughter. The costs were high, US $ 14 per day + tax for 10 days, to which I expressed my disagreement and that I was going to buy my own, indicating the Hertz employee that there was no problem and that as soon as I have it I would return it to any branch office. On 22/2 hours 08:30 I went to the office located at the COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT hotel, 8501 Palm Pkwy, Golden Oak, FL 32836, United States. Hotel staff informed me that the HERTZ employee was not there because of what they called her on the phone and told them to leave the baby seat and my reservation number 408803113 and that I should be calm that when I return to the office I would report the refund. The surprise was on 02/03 when I return the car at the airport and they tell me that I must pay for the use of the baby seat because I never returned it, which is a lie. In short, I am in Buenos Aires, Argentina and I have no way of solving it from here because I have called and since I do not speak English I do not understand what they say and hang me.

Horrible communication. No cars available when the web and the customer service says they have. Don't trust on the customer service like a did, call the place your are suppose to pickup you rent a car.

This was not a good experience for me. Rented a car back in July when I took the family to Disney. The representative let me know that he did not have my car class available but he would have a car that I can pick up at the time I reserved it. He called several more times to tell me it wasn't ready. I asked could I transfer the rental to another location. He said that wouldn't be necessary. Finally, many hours AFTER I was scheduled to pick up the rental I was able to pick up a car. I had my family waiting in the hotel room the entire time. Once I got to the location, there was no Hertz staff member at the counter to greet me. I picked up keys from hotel staff so there was no one I could speak to about the fact that there were two adults and 3 children that I had to squeeze into a 2017 Yaris, which was more than one class below what I requested. It was overall not professional and disappointing how this reservation was handled. The most upsetting part about this is that the agent hand wrote on my rental agreement that I would receive a $25 credit that I could use for a future rental and when I called Hertz Customer Service, they said this is not how they do business. They could not or would not honor the voucher by issuing me a credt. Avoid this location at all cost

I rented a car on line,got to Orlando florida to pick up my car,when I got to the counter the lady was very rude and told me she would not rent me the car because I used a debit card and not a credit card, I told them to give my money back, she assured me it would be so I went and rented a car from advantage car rental, so I checked my bank account and found out the decided to charge me for a car I did not receive, so I called them up and explained what they did to me, and they told me they would review it and get back in touch within 7 to 10 business days, they steal money from you and tell you that they will decide when and if you get the money back for a product that they turn you down for...sicking!!! They are liars and thieves, and now I dont know if I will get my money back but I won't give up and I will take them to court if I have to!!! Dont let this happen to you!!!

Zero stars is what they should have. Do not, I repeat do not go here! Arrived about 9:15 for a reservation, no one was at the counter. Told us they would be there in 10 mins. The person showed up after 10am just as I was walking out the door. Called a Lyft to take me to Budget where they had me in a car in less than 10 mins. I wanted to be on the road at 10 am to take my baby to Legoland but no thanks to them I am more than an hour behind schedule. Thanks for messing up my day Hertz!

Nobody there, had to leave keys with hotel desk, waiting for bill to be emailed. Recieved the bill and it was not right. Had to call customer service to straighten the bill out. Was told by hotel desk they have 1 person for 3 different locations. Not a good way to do business.....

This place is a joke. I get a reservation at 8am. No any cars available even I am a Five Star Member and they does not reserve any cars for me. Either pay $60 more going to pick up at the airport or wait for 3 hours. Be aware and try not to book here.

Literally the worst. I am not surprised that this location has one star on Yelp. My review is based on customer service alone at this point because we have yet to get a rental car. My husband ran over a pothole, which required him to have his car in for service. He got a rental car through his insurance, which is how we ended up with Hertz. My husband's insurance agent made the reservation at this location and called to confirm that the location would be open until 5 p.m. I left work early to bring him to pick up his rental car, and we arrived at 4:30 p.m. Imagine our surprise to find out that the Hertz employee was not there. Come to find out that it is a "one man show" at this location, where the employee will end up cleaning the cars and handling the rental. So there was no one to help us with getting a rental car. We called Hertz corporate who transferred my husband to the local manager. The local manager was completely apathetic to the fact that their employee left the location early, stating that the employee probably left early because they weren't expecting anyone. That doesn't make sense because the insurance company sent over the request AND confirmed the location was open until 5 p.m. There was no apology for the inconvenience either. Do yourself a favor and pick another location because it is clear this location leaves much to be desired.

Originally rented from the airport hertz but needed to add an additional underage driver after a few days. Stopped into this Hertz Saturday 8/18/2018 and spoke with a lady at the counter, I think her first name started with a T but lost my paper with her name. She bent over backwards to help us out, especially with our complicated situation. She and a British guy were busy helping a bunch of people, most having no idea what they were doing and acting complicated but remanding professional with them at all times. Both individuals had a great attitude and worked hard even when things were busy. Very happy and hope management reads this and overlooks the stupid reviews by primadonna people on here.
