This office has been closed since last year. The website says that it's temporary closed till the end of May 2021, but the agent I talked to at Hertz main support line said that it's listed as closed till December 2021. They took my reservation in January, no word the site was closed, I modified in March and still no word on it being closed. The phone number listed has also been discontinued.Do not rent from this location unless you verify that it is open.

no social distancing 14 people inside this location, I think I caught co-vid here! don't go here, they think it's ok to treat people like cattle. manager Mark Furman was the worst employee I have ever came across he was rude to me being a senior citizen. he doesn't know how to do his job! I will never go there again.

Let me just start by saying this is my very first review I don't typically write reviews because I understand we're all human and sometimes we have bad days or whatever it is it's usually a one time deal, well my experience with hertz was so horrible that I HAD to leave a review to simply warn people! I saw the 1 star review but figured it can't be that bad well it sure was! First I pre paid for my rental because I didn't want to have any problems and I wanted it to go as fast as it could because when you're on vacation your time is limited and you want to make the most of your time the rental location opened at 8 am so I was there at 7:50 am ready to get my day going well apparently their system was down so basically the girl who was there had NO idea what to do in a situation like that so she was being super rude and not helpful whatsoever she decided the best option was to take one customer at a time to a different location and get them their car well it wasn't my turn until 10:30 2 and a half hours later which is ridiculous! So when we get there I'm giving them my credit card and apparently they couldn't give me the car because I used our business credit card and they needed a credit card with my name on it and basically turned me away when like I said I PAID for it already so they make me call corporate because apparently they are not on the same page as them and only corporate could do anything about my credit card so there I am on the phone literally in front of the "manager" who was completely USELESS in helping me and corporate was just as bad saying it wasn't letting them do anything on their part which is beyond me I wasted all of my morning there after having a meltdown I finally was able to resolve their issue on my OWN so fast forward to now it is now two days later after I turned in the rental and I'm getting all of these charges from hertz so here I go calling them again to see what's going on and apparently they said I didn't turn my car in when it's literally been sitting in their stupid parking lot for two days I even called the office to make sure I could park it on the second floor and to make sure I could leave the keys with valet parking since that's what I was told to do when I received the rental this is just the most ridiculous experience of my life NEVER EVER will I rent from hertz again and I will personally go out of my way to make sure EVERYONE I know doesn't ever rent from them either their company is a joke and they need to train their employees a lot better I get better service from Walmart!

Going on 1 hour wait for a car promised to be there at 9AM...so much for getting some quality time at Universal Studios. Can't wait to see what kind of nonexistent refund they might offer.

This location left us stranded in Orlando and would not help us find a car from a different car rental. The corporate office offered 1,500 hertz points. They overbooked and we needed a car seat. We have no hotel to stay at and no way of getting to our next location. They could not even accommodate us from the Orlando airport. Hertz has forever lost us as customers. We will be sure to complain to our fortune 100 companies and steer them to a different car rental vendor.

Super convenient - right within the Hilton hotel. Rate was very good, and exactly as quoted - I did day trip starting and ending at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Additionally, very easy to return the car as you can drop the keys off with hotel concierge after hours. Overall good experience with no issues or complaints. Note: since this is in the hotel it is a small rental center with only a handful of vehicles.

Rented a car on 11/4, returned car on 11/6 around 4:25pm EST. Hertz rep wasn't at the counter, so the hotel concierge guy that was at the counter next to hertz said he would take my key and said he would return to the guy when he came back. We picked up our uber at 4:31pm EST and flew home to California that night. Fast forward to right now. I open up my email and it says I just returned the car TODAY in FT. MEYERS. And instead of a $122 bill I have a $341 bill!!! Conveniently this email was sent out when all offices everywhere are closed and there is no one I can speak to until morning. So either mr concierge guy took the car for a joy ride for a few days, they just gave my rental car back out and decided not to charge those people and charge me instead, or who knows wtf. If this is not handled in the morning I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! We booked our car and even called to get the stipulations to rent without a credit card. Was told no problem just a debit card with a $200 security deposit and the amount of the rental on it. I had more than triple that on my card. I needed to rent the car a couple hours earlier than we planned. Tried calling the rental location over ten times with no answer. Got the reservation desk and the only person there was some rude manager. He apparently ran a soft credit check and refused to rent to us. When I told him that I called and was never told about a credit check he just kept saying it was corporate policy. Funny when I called corporate they said nothing of the sort. NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ!!! Thank goodness the wonderful people at Enterprise were more than helpful. Don't even bother with Hertz they are rude and also the guy said my car wasn't even there yet. Hertz is a complete joke!!

Initially nervous about the reviews at this location but when I arrived (was a guest a Wyndham across the street) my car I had reserved the night before was waiting and I was in and gone within 5 minutes. Great service.
