Was not informed of problems with the car I bought. When I reached out I was informed that it was my car now. Would never recommend to anyone . This was a car that I had saved for and payed almost 50 thousand dollars for. Cash. What a disappointment. Be careful when you deal with this company.

I bought a Pacifica 3 weeks ago. They only had one key so immediately I had to buy a spare key at over $400. That I knew about before signing on the dotted line. I have 3 additional pretty major problems with my purchase.1. I wanted a temporary tag since I wanted to transfer my existing handicap plate. They said I couldn’t get a temporary tag unless I was out of state and they couldn’t issue a handicap plate. The next day when I called the license bureau they told me I definitely should have been issued a temporary tag. Now I have to surrender the tag they gave me, transfer my handicap plate and apply to the state for a refund of the extra plate they charged me at Hertz.2. My minivan had a vacuum so I asked where the spare tire was and the salesman kicked his foot under the license plate and said under there. I’ve since found out it didn’t have a spare tire so I had to buy an aftermarket spare tire that fits in one of the stow and go compartments for $350.3. Then yesterday I attempted to use the vacuum and it doesn’t have any hoses. What good is a vacuum without a hose!! Cost to purchase a hose and attachments $150.I have called Hertz car sales for assistance with these issues and was told someone would call me back but so far total silence.On top of almost $1,000.00 dollars in unexpected additional costs I’m very frustrated and unhappy with the total lack of knowledge and misrepresentation of the vehicles they are selling.

Have went twice, first time they did not have a salesman available to help me because there was only one there and he was busy with other customers. The second time I came, there was salesmen available however, the one that came out refused to help me because they closed in thirty minutes and helping me would "take too long." So yeah, the cars look like great deals but I'll probably never know because I'm not wasting my time to drive here a third time.

This was a really bad experience for me. Lots of hidden fees that they could not explain clearly. Really rude finance guy who did not know what he was doing. Wasted lots of time here. Went over to Avis and they were great. They had experienced personnel that showed us all the numbers and fees upfront. No hidden fees. Bought a great car at a great price. Don’t waste your time with the rude, inexperienced employees of Hertz.

Jerry helped us out and I left extremely happy with a Ford Bronco. He was very knowledgeable and attentive while I was there. He helped me every step of the way and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience buying a car at this location!! Richard helped me out with the finance portion and again was very knowledgeable, even offering multiple options to accommodate me. I would recommend this location to anyone, thank you!!!

I purchased from Hertz my last several cars. The salesman was extremely pushy. Did not have that friendly hertz feel. Lost customer for life.

We encountered a significant issue regarding our car rental experience that occurred on two occasions. Despite making an online reservation and completing the payment beforehand, we arrived at the rental agency only to discover that our car had been allocated to someone else. We approached the front desk to collect the keys, but were informed that the vehicle was no longer available. Interestingly, we had utilized our Apple Card for payment, which unfortunately could not be processed by their system due to it being a virtual card, as initially explained. Our interaction primarily involved a staff member named Patricia, who requested a card for the deposit. Surprisingly, she insisted that we could not provide an alternative card, necessitating the cancellation and rebooking of our entire rental. Regrettably, Patricia appeared to lack familiarity with the process, as we later spoke with another staff member named Mohammed who permitted us to book the car using the supposedly incompatible card. Consequently, we had already cancelled our reservation based on Patricia's guidance, only to discover that it was unnecessary. We proceeded to make a new reservation online, yet upon arriving to collect the car, it was not available, a situation that had also transpired with the preceding couple who had booked. They eventually provided us with a large SUV, which, while appreciated, was not our preferred choice of a compact car due to concerns over fuel expenses. As a result, we are now incurring significantly higher fuel costs as a consequence of their error. This establishment's lack of professionalism was evident, with a pervasive sense of confusion among the staff. Moreover, despite Patricia's initial claim that our Apple Card could not be utilized for rebooking, the subsequent staff member who assisted us, after Mohammed, was able to process the payment promptly using the same card. We are grateful that this individual possessed the necessary competence. Otherwise, we would have been at risk of losing $1000, as we had initially paid $500 for the first rental. Unfortunately, our attempts to contact customer service over a three-day period were futile, as our calls were repeatedly disconnected. In total, we expended $1000 on the car rental, along with a $200 security deposit, additional expenses incurred due to the larger SUV, and the uncertainty surrounding the refund process. The unavailability of customer service during this time was highly distressing, particularly in light of the fact that we would have been left stranded and unsupported if we encountered any emergencies while on the road. It is disheartening to note that the front desk was intermittently unattended, with no staff members present during a significant period. Upon our arrival, an individual was present, but he stated that he was off-duty and unable to assist us, necessitating a 40-minute wait for Patricia or Mohammed to return. Additionally, we were informed that a distressing incident had taken place involving a Hertz employee who had been recording an elderly woman while berating her, stating that they no longer cared due to their imminent resignation. As if these challenges were not enough, we experienced further complications when Hurricane Nicole struck, and our attempts to contact a customer service representative for an extension of our car rental proved to be arduous, lasting approximately 30 minutes. The representative we spoke to, Sven or Ben, displayed an unprofessional attitude for no apparent reason. Our intention was simply to extend the duration of our rental due to the impending hurricane, yet we were met with unwarranted resistance. After an absolutely horrible experience at several other dealers we came to Hertz in Orlando. By this point we didn't know what to expect. The experience was SEAMLESS! Austin our sales representative was outstanding. He gave us many options and was 100% transparent in all pricing which the rest hadn't been. We couldn't have had better. The team including Ramon and Mark even made the experience better. We purchased a 2021Chevy Equinox that is perfect. We completely recommend this dealership. Make it easy for yourself and just start and end here! Professionalism at it's best! Thank you!

The uber drop off and pickup rental situation is an absolute nightmare. I'm in a 2+ hour wait right now to drop my car off, 2 employees working, no incentive to move quickly. Fire everyone.

Excellent service and very pleased with rent to buy experience. Mariela was great. She called after I reserved and answered all my questions about the process. She followed up to tell me when my vehicle had arrived and exactly when it would be available. She also verified the price and fees that I could expect. When I arrived the vehicle was right out front waiting for me to test drive. I decided not to take the 3 day rent to buy option and purchased the vehicle that day. The process was quick and easy for me with a cash sale deal. Having to travel 50 miles to the dealership I was relieved that everything was as expected. The car seemed clean and in good condition for its age and mileage. The 12 month 12,000 mile power train warranty and the buy back guarantee helped me feel confident with my purchase. Of course used cars are always a risk but for me, so far, so good. I think I got a fair deal and fair price at Hertz Car sales. Thank you Mariela and Richard for a great experience. Listen to the reviews! If you are looking for someone helpful and trustworthy this is not the place to go. Know what you're talking about before you go in because they will lie to you relentlessly and gang up on you. They refused to tell me names, I don't even know who is in charge because of all the lies I heard. I was initially helped by Marys who did the least harm. She told me I could use the $800 they took without my consent as a down payment, which I could not. Which leads me to my next point, Jeremy took my money without my consent! He told me he would do a soft pull on my debit card, and I check my account to find over $800 missing. Every time I reminded anyone of this fact they were nothing but defensive. Even the "manager" Ramon. Ramon is the worst of them all! He is supposedly in charge but he did not tell me the truth once! He told me the difference between transferring a tag and purchasing a new one was $10, which was a lie because I asked him to show me the two buyers orders side by side and it was almost a $400 difference! He lied, and gas lit me, and when I didn't fall for it, he called in the man in charge of finance whose name I do not know, and Marys my dealer, and they all tried to reinforce the lie. I financed through someplace else so I said just give me the car so I can get out! If you go here be ready to get lied to!! They will give you the worst deal and steal as much money as they can from you. If you can find a decent car or need one, don't finance through them and get in and get out! Not a good option for first time buyers.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. After 3 months we haven't had any issues with the vehicle. Price was $3,000 less than standard dealers without the haggling.
