The person doing the return for my wife and I was extremely rude to us for no reason. She made it seem like we were doing something wrong for returning the item even though we were in the return window. She also told us we weren’t going to get a full refund which was confusing and ended up not being correct. Not sure why this transaction was such an issue when it didn’t need to be.

Sad!!!! They charge for bags or you have to carry all the clothes you purchased out of the store!!!!

I never write reviews but I went into H&M today and the staff is horrible. No one greets the customers or wants to assist customers. The items are all mixed up and are priced wrong. The staff is like “well that’s the price”.When I asked to speak to the Manager she was very rude and didn’t walk over to see that the jeans I wanted to purchase had the incorrect price. She walked up and was like “I’m not doing any price adjustments.” If her behavior was better and she took the time to walk over to see, I would’ve still purchased the jeans. H&M your manager Leslie need a whole training course on how to be a leader because her leadership skills are very poor and the entire staff.

Wanted a store exclusive dress and the mannequin has the only xs and they didn’t want to help me because apparently they cant sell it ??? amazing job

I never leave reviews but have to share terrible experience at this store. Employees are so rude and unprofessional. Its like they are just there to get paid they are not happy with thier job And managers are like clueless monkeys.

Today I have been to the store, Michelle and Michael they were really helpful. I have never seen such sales person like that. Everyone should be like them because then only customers will love to come again and again to the store. The way Michelle and Michael handling the customers was too good.

It's horrible Everytime you go to h&m you have to pay for the bags. I been at the Florida mall this week 3 times , I do not bring bags because I was not expecting to buy anything but I did and I have to pay for the bags the 3 times because you do not wants to carry the clothes with no bags because people may think you steal it. Plus she can't credit my points because she can't find my account and I used 3 days ago. Do bad this is the only store who doesn't give you bags plus the bags have their logo and you are promoting the store. If we have to pay for the bag don't put your logo

Girl with the NY Baseball cap was literally rude and useless. They have no idea about any store policies. I worked in retail for years. And they must just hire any random people off the street. Store is disorganized, chaotic, and always understaffed with several sizes not in stock. Save your money and buy better quality clothes without the attitude of this rude staff.

So far the best H&M in Central Florida and the biggest so far! Super clean and organized, location is absolutely great and so much options of clothing. I hope this H&M will stay at this mall, it needs to stay here at Millenia! Other than that, beautiful store with many clothing options to choose from with adorable prices.
