  I bought a nice pair of slacks that didn't have a matching jacket in stock at that time. After some searching, I had the best customer service experience with Amotel, who was able to locate the exact color and size I needed. He knew exactly what was in stock and actually remembered my size. I will return again because of the excellent service experience I was provided.

  They put the sweat—in sweat shop. What is going on that it’s always a sauna in the H&M store?! I guess it’s a great business model if you want to steer your customers to the competition next door. It’s unbelievably hot and of all places, in Florida. Makes shopping here impossible and don’t even get me started on the worse ventilation in the fitting rooms. It’s definitely a deterrent to coming here more often.

  I don’t frequent h&m for myself but I do buy my children clothes from the store. This location I felt was profiling me. I felt like I couldn’t look through a clothes rack without an employee breathing down my neck. I needed to get clothes for the night otherwise I would’ve just left. The only friendly person during my experience was my cashier.

  So you put clothing on a mannequin to draw people in yet the only 2 dresses you have left are on the mannequin and they can’t be bought???? The employee says it’s “policy” they can’t take anything off the mannequin.. change your policy H&M!

  Margarita a Colombian Lady at register very helpful and knowledgeable, she was very patient and informed us that If you bring 5 pieces of clothing to donate to the store the store gives you 15% off your next purchase. Also Manager who was working non spot at the fitting room organizing all the clothes people were leaving was super nice and hardworking very nice manager.
  
  I have 4 starts not 5 only because their AC isn’t working properly and it was hot inside the store and it’s not a very pleasing experience when trying on clothes.

  I went here on a visit and it was alright. They didn’t have any sizes for my sister because she’s a bit on the plus size, being a size 16, but it had a variety of clothing, especially for younger women.
