I went into the Hobby Lobby Store#696 on 2/9/24@ 17:30 hours. I received thee worst customer service from the front end manager who wouldn't provide her name or the name of the manager on duty. I was explaining to her that a sign was in the wrong place and she began to go back and forth with and not hearing what I am saying nor going to the spot where I told her these items were placed. The treatment I received was like I didn't have money to pay a $27.11 bill. I don't have an issue with that just please be mindful on how you are placing signs throughout the store because they can be misleading to other customer.

This Hobby Lobby seemed like it was sold out of basic Christmas items like a star for the tree. I found this very surprising for the first week of December, considering how Christian-oriented they try to come off as. The people who work there are very friendly, though.

We took our 2 recently purchased FX HO wave runners for their 10 hour OEM recommended service and it was disastrous!!First, we had to make an appointment nearly 3 weeks ahead so when we reached 10 hours, we lost the final few weeks of ideal weather waiting for our appointment.Upon arrival at the service desk I was advised of a bill over $700 for a service that Yamaha advised only oil change (no filter) check of spark plugs and steering. Obviously CSC added some things of their own!We were advised of a 4 hour estimate work period. Ethan, knew clearly that we drove a long way to get to CSC and we were there at the agreed upon time determined by phone 10 days earlier. Suffice to state we were not impressed when we came back 4.5 hours later and nothing had been started on our machines.So: an insanely ridiculous cost of service after only 10 hours usage and pathetic attention to scheduling protocol had us cancel the appointment to find another Yamaha dealer to work with.After an excellent purchase process, service department destroyed all goodwill toward CSC.We will never deal with them again

Stopped in really quickly to check out the Christmas Decour. Everything Christmas wise was 50% off which is a great deal however right now it's not in my budget. I did a pick up three Windsor Newton watercolor tubes for $1.27 each they were in the clearance section. Winsor newton is more of the high end watercolor supplies so I'm actually pretty shocked I found some in clearance. The lady at the counter was super nice; however with Christmas being 50% off the stores very busy and if you don't like crowds I wouldn't recommend going on an afternoon. I actually really like everything in Hobby lobby; I love the assortment of craft supplies to home decor to puzzles and candles etc. if you haven't been here I definitely recommend coming to this hobby lobby. 10/10

It has most everything you need for crafting and the like. Fairly useful if you need something quickly. It's atmosphere is a bit antiseptic though.

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places in the whole world. I enter the store and it just feels like home. I love spending hours from aisle to aisle, especially during Fall and Christmas time!

I found these 3 cat statues at Hobby Lobby for my mailbox. One is solar powered and the eyes light up after dark. This is the best store to find those hard to find things for my projects.

Clean, organized. A little disappointed no Halloween decor. Just Fall but it's always my go to for Christmas and yarn. Prices and sales are amazing. Staff, always friendly.
